A Study On Theory And Method Of OEPIS

21 century is information age and information has been the direction of society development. With the development of information technology, modern geographic information technologies deputed by "3S" technology are playing more and more important effect in dealing with the things on space orientation information, the function of which appears increasingly. Practicality is the important direction of geography information technology development and the vitality of geography information science. More and more environment problems emerging in modern society, human being paying broadly attention to survival environment, various "greenness" movements are in the ascendant, geography information technology have extensive application foreground in research of environment because of the attentions of human being to ecological problems and the character of geographic information technology. In this paper, the author had some discusses in the theory and method of oasis ecology precaution research by GIS (Geographic Information System).At the first, the author introduced the meaning, standard of ecology precaution, the research development in our country and international, and the form, function, character of modern geography information technology. On the base, the concept of ecology precaution information system was bring forwarded by the author, that is to say, ecology precaution information system can evaluate the environment quality and show the evolvement direction of environment on the base of GIS and model analyst. It not only can reflect the type, intension and distributing of environment threaten, but also can provide the information of environment quality direction and speed, process the simulation, evaluation and forecast of damage, at last realize ecology precaution information system.Part two of the paper discussed about the theory of oasis ecology precaution information system. Firstly, the author put up the system analysis to oasis, then advanced the concept of oasis ecology precaution information system (OEPIS) according to the character of environment in oasis, and expatiated systemically on the classify, character and significance of OEPIS.Part three is the system design portion. The author stated the aim and principle of system design, then designed collectivity the function and structure of system. OEPIS consists of system space analyst tool of geography information system, database and model～basesystem, have the function of data import, information manage and maintenance, model evaluation analyst, chart and graph import etc. . The main function subsystem contains five function modules: basic data subsystem, space inquiring and searching subsystem, ecology evaluation precaution subsystem, data import subsystem, system help subsystem.Part four is about the evaluation index system and precaution model system. The author set up maneuverable whole evaluation index system of oasis environment quality; discussed the math model aiming at the direction forecast of evaluation factor and whole quality evaluation; put forward the concept of drought precaution and discussed the modeling process of oasis drought factor and forecast model.In part five, the author take ZhangYe City Oasis as the example for research. The results of model process show that oasis ecology quality in ZhangYe is common and will become low level station in a short time. If we didn't take some effective measures to control, the environment quality would turn into low level. The importance gradation of the main factor of oasis environment quality in ZhangYe is: deserterfication, liquid waste let intensity, water resource quantity every people, industry structure, plantation index, grass index and salted index etc. So in oasis of ZhangYe, we must control the deserterfication immediately, and rectify the industry structure in a long time.The last part is the summary of this paper.
