On 4 samples of Aneurolepidhm chinense by ISSR and SSR technique. The main contents of the paper are as follows:1. obtained clear and stable fragments with 8 primers selected from 20 for ISSR..2. Set up suitable laboratory system and definhed a suitable ISSR program, the whole primer acquired clear fingerprint3. 5 per primer amplified 11 microsatellhe locus. Thereinto 1A locus, 5A, 5B, 5C locus, 6B locus and 9C locus with 4 samples. 6A locus only with mignonette leaf on green grass, 6C locus only with grayer leaf on green grass, mean heterozygosiry of 4 samples is 0.1995 , 02024, 0.1664, 02639 respectively, mean PIC for all loci is 0.1792, 0.1841, 0.1489, 0.2343, 0.1866 respectively. Numerical value of aforesaid 2 index near contrast with 4 samples, happen to polarization in the individual of sample. Mean hetero2ygosity for each Imeage is 02080, mean heterozygosiry for the whole groups is 02088, coefficient of gene differentiation is 0.0035. showed diversity is little of aforesaid several microsatellite loci. There have not differentiated ecotype still now. Shannon index showed biggest variations of populations was mignonette leaf on Wulimu grass.4. Amplification with 8 ISSR primers obtained 47 reproducible amplified fragments. The polymorphic fragment was 41 bands(8723%). That reflected genetic variations in each sample and among samples. Clustering analysis with comparability among samples showed: genetic distance(02863) is shortest between grayer leaf on Wulimu grass and mignonette leaf on Wulimu grass, genetic distance(0.3590) is longest between mignonette leaf on green grass and mignonette leaf on Wulimu grass. Shannon index showed biggest variations of populations was grayer leaf on green grass.5. Genetic diversity of Aneurolepidiwn chinense by SSR and ISSR showed hs variation in population and among populations, but does not form differentiated type.
