| Geography Information System (015) is a rising scientific research field, which has been applied more and more widely in many branches, such as social economics and national defense. At present, aerial survey is an important way to acquiring geographic information. Air photo has a high definition and a large amount of information. DTM data acquired from aerial survey describes the topography of an area exactly.3D Images with air photos and DTM data made by the system, and A method of deposing and browsing Air photo provided. All above functions have been integrated into a full system with objective oriented designing and programming, GJSI3DJS. So, more information conveniently can be acquired.The basis structure~. theory and concrete realizing method of GISI3DIS have been introduced in this thesis, which described GIS in detail, pretreatment and browsing of Air photo, generating and showing dynamic 3D image. Some examples are shown propriety in the thesis.
