Research On Integration Platform Of Information System For Registration Of Real Estates

Property law has clearly defined the legislation that "a uniform registration system over realties shall be practiced by the state." Unfortunately, at present there are problems in registration of real estates, which cause many difficulties to people’s common life. Therefore, the state clearly put forward that the land department should take charge of the immovable property registration and establish information management platform of the real property registration.Centering on this goal, this paper detailed analysis for immovable registration legal basis, summed up the definition to uniform description of immovable property registration business, and proposes the solution of system integretion based on web services technology. According to business needs, we propose an integration framework which uses data integration technology based on ETL and XML, map service integration technology based on uniform map service interface, and distributed file storage technology based on relational database and file index organized by k-d tree. In details, this paper solved several key problems as follows:1) Build the uniform description of this field, generate the extraction rules and transform rules, and complate the business data integration.2) Build the connection for spatial data of real estates. Based on the analysis of fixed map data of this filed, we used map service uniform interface technology to integrate the immovable property map data. Based on the ArcGIS API for JavaScript interface, we integrate other types of map service.3) A new way to manage the files in immovable property business combined with relational database and file index organized by k-d tree is proposed, to enhance the file data storage, security and speed of retrieval.4) Propose an application system integration solution based on web services. We put information resources, business queries, and work flow as services. In this way, we finally complete the work of system integration. Finally, combining with the implementation of the prototype system, the system integration framework is validated. The experimental results show that the prototype system platform integrates the information resources of the real property registration, satisfies the registration of immovables business needs, which provides a solution to registration of immovables.
