With the sustained development of national economy and the constant expansion of city scales, there have been increasingly urgent needs of high resolution remote sensing images and higher requirements on their timeliness. As a technology that has developed in recent years, micro UAV low-altitude photogrammetry system has become an efficient supplementing means for satellite remote sensing and manned aerial photogrammetry, and its features include: (1) low altitude flight, easy and convenient spatial applications and reduction of requirements on weather. The flight system features short preparation time, simple operation and convenient transportation. Vehicle on-board system can swiftly arrive at the vicinity of the monitored zone to set up a station and it is able to fly under clouds. (2) The system can obtain high-resolution digital images and positioning data and it can also be carried with such sensors as panchromatic band, single-band and multi-band regarding special monitoring targets, and it can also conduct multi-angel photography. (3) The system provides a variety of small remote sensors with an excellent carrying platform, such as penetrating radar, thermal imaging devices, meteorological sensors and synthetic aperture radar, etc. and it can easily expand the monitoring functions so as to meet the needs by various kinds of speedy monitoring. (4) The construction expenses, operation costs, maintenance costs and the costs of operators are far lower than those of the Manned Aerial Vehicle (MAV).Based on the aerial photogrammetric data of Dongsheng District, Erdos City, this paper conducted such work as the processing, interpreting and verification of field operations of unmanned aerial remote sensing images, established a complete set of operational flow process for the acquisition, processing and applications of unmanned aerial remote sensing data and conducted technical explorations and application practice in UAV remote sensing's application in the dynamic monitoring of regional land use. The main research content of this paper includes:(1) In combination with the technical characteristics of satellite remote sensing and manned space remote sensing, it expounded the principles and methods of UAV low attitude photogrammetry system and studied the operational flow process of the data acquisition of 0.2m resolution unmanned aerial photogrammetry data.(2) It studied the operational method of acquiring the various kinds of correction parameters needed by the UAV internal processing by field controlled survey.(3) It expounded the theoretical basis that is based on the analytical aerial triangulation, the pretreatment method of UAV photogrammetry images, studied the processing flow process of 0.2m high resolution aviation Digital Orthophoto Model (DOM) and established the model of dynamic monitor basic data of regional land use.(4) It developed the"Dynamic monitoring system of regional land use"and realized such business functions as data management, statistical query and analysis and evaluations of the dynamic monitoring of regional land use.(5) With the photogrammetry data of Dongsheng District in 2009 and 2010 and using the realized the dynamic monitoring system of regional land use, it derived the results of dynamic monitoring of regional land use in Dongsheng District, conducted comprehensive analysis and evaluation and validated the application feasibility of UAV in the dynamic monitoring of regional land use.
