3D Model Construction Of Interior Housing Based On The Floor & House Map

As the main object of real estate management, the floor & house map which records the information such as location, structure, shape, hierarchy and so on of housing that lies in three-dimensional space, embodies the relation and range of ownership of interior housing and is the important basis of house property right. Therefore, it is significant to manage the floor & house map well and embodies the interior structure and property right of housing.In this context, by applying SuperMap RealSpace GIS technology, we proposed a method of constructing the 3D model of interior housing by using the floor & house map and obtained the 3D model of housing monomer coincided with the 3D structure of interior housing. The constructed 3D model housing could be conducted visual operation freely in 3D scene of RealSpace; furthermore, the model could enter and roam in the interior housing to look over the structure of the interior house.In this paper, we mainly constructed the floor & house map and built half inner wall of interior housing according to the housing structure graph or construction drawing to differentiate the structure of housing. Then, we projected the floor & house map onto the basic topographic map so as to fulfill the relation work of surveying and mapping information with house property information of the floor & house map, such as location, storage, warehousing and so on. At the time of projection, we conducted the floor & house map by using the shape matching and stored the matched graphics separately based on the ideology that the consistency of adjacent segment and intersection angle. Finally, based on the SuperMap RealSpace, we implement tensility, texture mapping of matched graphics to construct the housing and the 3D model of interior housing; furthermore, we realized the visual operation in 3D scene.By applying the technique, we could construct the 3D model of interior housing in a way of high-efficiency, low cost and implement the intergration of 3D modeling visualization in large scene (macrography) with roaming of interior housing under the interior spatial environment (microscopic). Besides, combining with the real estate management, we applied the 3DGIS technology to manage the real estate, and realized the integrative management of 2D and 3D real estate. Simultaneously, this modeling method also widely used in many other domins, such as publicity of real estate, construction and management of pipeline of interior house, management of intelligent buildings, public order management, the anti-terrorism and so on.
