Spatial autocorrelation analysis, an important way to data analysis, has gained increasingly intensive application in recent years. It provides reference for decision makers mainly by the reveal of the interrelationship between space units. However, the selection of the spatial autocorrelation analysis weight matrix is complex and diverse, and the result is uncertain, so the realization of autocorrelation analysis approach with systemic development thought is of great practical value to regulate the autocorrelation analysis flow and minimize the error, meanwhile it can also reduce the complexity of autocorrelation analysis and make the application of the autocorrelation analysis more intensive.This paper starts from the introduction of the important role and its application of the spatial autocorrelation analysis, and points out that the current domestic research on spatial autocorrelation system by domestic software are relatively few. Then put forward the feasibility and practicability of the spatial autocorrelation system construction. Then systematically analysis of the spatial autocorrelation system based on the SuperMap comes later, including aspects of the general model, platform description, running environment, system function and etc and focusing on the introduction of design and realization of the spatial autocorrelation function. Spatial autocorrelation function consists of two parts:the whole spatial autocorrelation analysis system and partial autocorrelation analysis system. the core lies in the establishment of weight matrix.Whose five methods that have been realized by system is grid method, Tyson polygon adjacency method, border adjacency method, custom distance adjacency method and distance attenuation method. The design of the system adopts component technology to encapsulate the development of core modules and analysis the visionary data model, and by modifying the attribute interface it can be easily applied to other application system.Spatial autocorrelation analysis system, based on the SuperMap, is one of analysis systems facing decision makers. It finds out the previous space influence and contact strength of the adjacent objects through the spatial autocorrelation analysis of the economy, social data and display them on all analysis unit quantitatively, thereafter It provides technical services for the final decision makers and provides basis for policy formulation.Finally, the paper takes an example with the data of the cultivated land intensive utilization, and with five weight matrix analysis approaches, then the result shows that the intensive degree of all the prefecture-level cities in the Hubei province exist spatially high performance in relevance, with differentiation characteristic of high-high aggregation and low-low aggregation. Therefore, the input intensity into cultivated land in the western Hubei should be reinforced so as to improve the utilization efficiency of the cultivated land in the whole Hubei province.
