From March of last year, there are many reports on the H1N1 virus and the preva-lence of the law, focusing primarily on the choice of methods, parameters determining , measures on the controlling and the evaluation. Based on the H1N1 infectious dis-eases, we establish a mathematical model and use the model to analysis the stability , permanence and extinction conditions of the system. This paper studies the content to be summarized as follows:1. In the first section, we introduce the background, development and significance of H1N1 epidemic model, and elaborated briefly a number of scholars who have made some research results in this field.2. In the second section, we set up a H1N1 transmission dynamics model. Ac-cording to the present H1N1 epidemic results and the actual disease conditions, this paper builds epidemiological model applying Mathematics and the way of transmission dynamics. At last, we introduce a number of relevant concepts.3. In the third section, aiming mainly at the non-autonomous infectious disease model, we analyze and study the system of the nonnegative solution, eventually bound-ness and global attractivity4. In the forth section, we discuss the disease permanence and condition of non-autonomous epidemic model system5. In the five section, we study the extinction conditions of the system of the infected class.
