In this paper,we discusses the non-autonomous SIQS model with quarantine class to abtain the suffi-cient condition of the non-autonomous disease's permanence and extinction and it is shown that the global dynamics is determined by the basic reproduction number which is defined through the spectral radius of a linear integral operator.
