The Study On The Issues Of The Soviet Industrialization Under The View Of Philosophy Of Technology

The relation between the Soviet philosophy of technology and it's industrialization is very complicated, the paper attempts to think theoretically the origin of Soviet industrialization and the process of the industrialization in the period of Stalin and the deepening of the industrialization in the last period of Stalin from the point of the philosophy of technology, and tries to find out some inevitable relation between the Soviet philosophy of technology and it's industrialization and then provide some useful experience and methods for the road to new industrialization of our country.This paper will be divided into three chapters. The first chapter states the historical background of the Soviet industrialization and how to begin the philosophical reflection on the technology. Firstly, I have a whole grasp of the modern industry development of Russia, and the philosophy of technology was generated from the historical change process of the agricultural country to industrialized country .The second chapter reveals that the Lenin's and Stalin's philosophy of technology inherited and developed from the thought of Marx industrialization, points out the shortcomings of the thought of Stalin industrialization and the result of its adverse consequences through the complex relation between the establishment of the Soviet industrialization mode in the period of Stalin and its philosophy of technology. The third chapter researches the object of the deepening of the Soviet industrialization in the last period of Stalin and the development of the Soviet philosophy of technology and the relation of them, indicates that the relation between the Soviet philosophy of technology and it's industrialization is complementary, influence and interacted with each other and coexistence and co-prosperity, but both of them also do not have synchronicity, when the process of industrialization meet the bottleneck, the philosophy of technology can transcend fetter and continue to develop forwards. The mode of the Soviet industrialization development has profound influence for our country which overcomes the imbalanced development and the irrational industry structure and accelerates the transformation of the way of economic development, which is the profound inspiration for the new industrialization of our country.The innovation of this paper is mainly that: firstly, it overcomes the research on the Soviet industrialization in a narrow sense, which just evaluates the industrialization from its historical, social and political influence. There is little research on its industrialization from the point of the philosophy of technology. Secondly, it extends the Soviet industrialization problem to the whole period of Soviet even the period of Czarist Russia from the historical perspective, so that we can research the cause and effect of the Soviet industrialization from the broader background and give the objective evaluation to the important historical event. Thirdly, this paper analyses the Soviet philosophy of technology and its industrialization problems from the logical perspective, and then seeks out some usefully theoretical and practical insights to the road to new industrialization of our country for reference.
