Fire disaster causes massive property loss and casualties every year; Timeliness and accuracy of rescues by fire department involve the security of people's life and property, so it is of important social and economic value to build a effective fire fighting software system to search relevant information flexibly and provide rescue method quickly.The paper mainly researches the design and realization of fire fighting aid decision system based on Geographic Information System and analyzes key technologies detailedly; following work are completed concretely:First, design and realize fire alarm expert system. According to the practical experiences of fire alarm command and scheduling, the critical scheduling process is obtained; by using expert system developing tools CLIPS, design and realize fire alarm command and scheduling expert system to guide patrolling command and scheduling.Second, improve and realize quick patrolling route arithmetic. Use provided topology of the network structure information, consider the influence of all kinds of blockings, and use analytic hierarchy process in vague mathematics to empower route science; adopt heap priority queue method to optimize Dijkstra shortest route arithmetic to let path analysis approach the true state of fire engines.Third, the integration of other modules and systmes are realized. Road upkeep model is built by extracting the structure of network topology, thus providing input for path optimization module. The inquiry and management module with multiple inquiry modes and a typical data managment function is realized, providing man-computer communication for expert system module and other modules. Fire fighting professional pattern elements and fire control pre-plan managment module are both relaized, probiding function of fire fighting drafting and fire fighting pre-plan management.Through this, the system has fulfilled the function of patrolling command and scheduling,route optimization of quick patrolling,information inquiry and management,fire fighting pre-plan management,maintenance for road net model and fire fighting drafting. Therefor, it is of high practical value.
