According to Groundwater and Crude Oil physics property, and Salinity of four formations,Carboniferous, Permian, Triassic and Jurassic,were gathered statistics. Surface distribution of Density, Viscosity and Freezing Point of Crude Oil were gathered statistics. Study shows that Groundwater type of three formations, Carboniferous, Permian, Triassic, are chloride calcium type which reflect enclosed environment. And Groundwater type of Jurassic is bicarbonate which reflect transition environment. Also Jurassic was pressure balance zone where was fit for oil and gas accumulation zone. At present, there are many oiler that proved it. Based on statistics of relations between Salinity and reservoir, the highest Salinity stands for pure water and the higher Salinity stands for reservoir. Finally, it predict that G zone is exploration favor zone in Carboniferous, H and I zone are exploration favor zone in Permian, J and K zone are exploration favor zone in Triassic, L and M zone are exploration favor zone in Jurassic. Finally, it indicated that Fault Closure and reason for heave oil will be predicted by Groundwater type.
