Atmospheric environmental impact prediction model of the environmental impact assessment is an important content for accurately evaluate project implementation after the surroundings, need to adopt the right atmospheric forecasting model.Previous atmospheric guideline for gauss diffusion model recommended model, atmospheric environmental impact assessment in the whole involved in meteorology, complex terrain, only on different stability and rugged smoke flow under ground height difference do experience between AERMOD revised, through studying the prediction model and specific project analysis, found that pollution meteorology, complex terrain analysis is the atmospheric environmental impact assessment working the important content.To solve this problem, in the technical guideline for environmental impact assessment of atmospheric environment (HJ2.2--2008), under the guidance of gaussian prediction model and analyzed the theoretical basis of AERMOD prediction model, it is concluded that the gaussian prediction model is different based on 1960s-1970s atmospheric boundary layer theory, is behind the current international mainstream environment quality prediction model of the 1980s-1990s application of atmospheric boundary layer theory. Meanwhile AERMOD prediction model by central heating project in Harbin development zone of SO2 pollution factor to make research and analysis, using single pollution index calculation method, from weather, terrain parameters of two parameters of the principle, monitoring requirements, monitoring frequency, mode related parameters to verify meteorology, terrain parameters in atmospheric forecasting models of position and value. In atmospheric environment impact assessment concluded in considering pollution meteorology, complex terrain factors gains from the prediction result when than haven't fully consider meteorology, terrain factors more precise.This paper also the atmospheric pollution factor on the project SO2 make predictions and calculated, the share rate of SO2 FenZhiShu, fully confirmed that involves weather, terrain factors must be considered when atmospheric pollutants, by wind, turbulent, temperature gradient, dry settlement, wet settlement, chemical changes, the diffusion process factors.In addition, this paper puts forward the specific evaluation process analysis in the future the gist of and Suggestions on the forecast methods, must ensure accurate, obtained quantitatively the environmental impact of project, and at the same time, the scope and extent will have certain depth and higher scientific, fully realize meteorology, terrain parameters in the prediction process in the importance of basic data, correct circumstances, the result of prediction in accurate or not, mainly depends on the diffusion model and the rationality of diffusion parameter selection and application.
