This article explore the application status of three-dimesion GIS in the field of park planning and the reaserch status of three-dimension WebGIS technology. This artile analyze the difficult problems of implementing park planning three-dimension WebGIS system basing on the achievement of CAD planning and using integration technology, and put forward the solution.This paper focuses on problems of 4 aspects about using integration technology to implement the park planning three-dimension WebGIS system.1. The problem of sharing between CAD data and GIS data, building mapping relationship between CAD data and GIS Data, and the Projection transformation of coordinate system. The sharing of CAD data 'and GIS data is implemented by the FME transfomation basing on semantic. According to the system requirements, converting from DWG format to SHP format or KML format has been implemented, and the accuracy of the results has been verified.2.Multi-technology integration to implement interactive network three-dimesional modeling. Detailed analysis of associated technical characteristics and advantages, the way of interactive modeling and the conversion between model formats among the software of ArcGIS, Google Earth and SkechUp has been done. According to the system requirements, using Multipatch data format to store data, using KMZ format as the publishcation format, using the way of intergration to implement interactive network three-dimension modeling and verifing the accuracy of the results has been done.3.The implemention of key technologies and practical application of Integrated management of multiple data. Using ArcSDE and MSSQL to construct the spatial database of park planning three-dimension WebGIS system. Analysis of the system data flow, the logical and physical design of the database have been done. The storage process of three-dimension model had been discussed mainly.4.The implemention of function of park planning three-dimension WebGIS has been detailed introduced, including system building, driving of WebGIS three-dimension scene, multiple data fusion and model loading. Interaction between users an three-dimension architectural model by KML has been used creatively. On this basis, the functions of wandering parking planning graph, customing tour route, spacial querying, spacial measurement and so on have been implemented. Finally, the theory and techonolgy of three-dimensional spacial analysis has been discussed and the volume calculation has been analyzed and implemented.According to the thought and technical route of this paper, we could expand the system to the stage of planning data acquisition and planning design,ect. And the application of park planning with three-dimension WebGIS can be implemented.
