Impedance spectra parameters such as:Cp, Rp, Z, were investigated to illustrate the physiology mechanism of water during water-lossing process. The purpose of the experiment is impedance spectroscopy can be used to water research. The changes of impedance date in different frequencies and water content of cucumber leaves, eggplant leaves were studies during the water-loss treatment in this paper.It also studied the changes of impedence date of Green radish leaves in different frequencies in the case of water supply. The results showed that:1.The Z and Cp all have a large variation in the low-frequency and a small change in the high-frequence during water-lossing process.The impedance parameters of the cytoplasm outside the body can better response to the changes in intracellular water.2.The impedance parameters of cucumber leaves, eggplant leaves have the same rule with the change of water loss rate during water-lossing process.The numerical decreases and then increase and there are a lowest and a platform period. With the deepening of drought stress, apoplast water is affected first, then intracellular water is affected, External conditions such as drought and light can affect physical structure of cell membranes.3.In the case of water supply, When it was stable between Green radish transpiration water loss and Root water uptake,The Parameters of Impedance was stable too. When the external environment changes, the Parameters of Impedance also was changed with the changes the structure of green radish leaves. It fully describes the feasibility and accuracy of the Parameters of Impedance in studes cell water. In the case of water supply, When the cell state is stable, water of transpiration loss can Lost directly through the apoplast.without through cells. Intracellular water and transpiration rate are closely related. 4. The study also found that:Moisture and Slight displacement of cells can affect Cp and cell slight displacement is closely related to plasmolysis point.so,the Cp is very important in study cell plasmolysis point.This experiment illustrates the close relationship between the impedance parameters and the mechanisms of water.The rules between impedance parameters and water loss rate was obtained. The experiment also proved the feasibility of impedance parameters in study cell water.lt is a significant results.it proved some reference and basis for the theory of application of impedance spectroscopy in the study on Leaf water.lt is also possible to learn drought resistance through further research during water-lossing process...
