Geological disaster caused by natural or man-made factors could make a great devastation to human and environment. There are a lot of methods to classify the geological disaster. Due to different causes, geological disaster can be divided into man-made and natural geological disaster. On the speed of geological environment transformation, geological disaster can be divided into sudden geological disaster (such as collapse, landslide and debris flow) and slow degeneration geological disaster (such as land desertification, soil erosion).Evaluation of geological disaster is a new subject, which currently doesn't form very complete theory. In recent decades, as the result of geological disaster, the loss increased seriously, so which gradually aroused people's attention and then leads to the related research theory to rapid development. At present, the evaluation of geological disaster has been put into the practical engineering, and some substantial breakthrough has been made in certain area. Its basic trend is: from contrast analysis of the history and present situation to forecast analysis combining the research, from the qualitative analysis tend to quantitative evaluation, from individual character analysis tends to personality and common combination of research.Located in inland and southwest of China, Chongqing is the economic and transportation hub center of the upper reaches of Yangtze River. Till 2008, Chongqing road traffic mileage has reached 108632 kilometers. In the end of the 2010, the highway mileage has reached 2,000 kilometers, which has basically completed "two circles and eight shot" highway skeleton nets. In the twelfth five years, the highway traffic total mileage will reach 3,000 kilometers, overall reach developed European countries average. Chongqing is mainly surrounded by low mountains of hills and mountains, whose geological conditions are very complicated. According to relevant data shows, because of geological and geomorphic reasons, Chongqing mountainous road already built in the narrow and long line way, around this area geological disaster (collapses, landslide and debris flow) is easier to occur. In recent years, caused by such geological disasters in mountainous highway damage, it have caused as much as hundreds of millions of dollars in economic losses. Therefore, strengthening the prevention of geological disasters in highway, so as to reduce highway traffic accident, is the main research task of safety of Chongqing highway projects.In view of the geological disaster in hill and mountainous highway research, especially for mountainous highway geology disaster evaluation work is still in the initial study. Being based on the actual situation of hills in Chongqing, taking suddenly frequent geological disasters (collapse, landslide and debris flow) as the main research object. In the collection of the data and on the analysis of various geological disasters, various geological disasters classification and basic characters as well as mechanism of disasters are studied. And an assessment of the development and risk of the disaster has been done. Select the part disaster factors, and gold segmentation method is used to determine the weights of each affecting factor, a geological disaster, and model of evaluation model of some main highways geological disasters in the sample points of predicting and evaluating the risk.The geologic environment of the mountain region is complicated, and the article chooses main controlling factors which determine the weight of every factor by analytic hierarchy process. The factor's actions and modes are very indistinct and complex in the generating procession of geological disaster. It builds target system of the complicated risk assessment of geological disaster in some mountain region. This article discusses complicated evaluation making the disaster, taking some examples. At last, according the analysis of some concrete problems of the article, we can manage to make some effective measure to solve practical problem.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1. The basic characteristics and status of geological disaster assessment;2. The geological disaster prediction method and the comprehensive evaluation;3. The management method of geological disaster;4. Typical disasters of hilly-mountainous highway in Chongqing.Through the study, the paper making final conclusions are as follows:1. Landslide, most of the occurrence caused by human mending roads, is one of the most extensive geological disasters in Chongqing. Landslide collapse is sudden and strong in mountainous highway geology disaster. The strongest occasionally, incidence extensive, and the landslides disaster have the same center position with consistent rainstorm of years.2. From the analysis of data, the geological disasters of Chongqing hilly-mountainous highway have the following characteristics:geological disaster happen more than general condition, universal, line length. Disaster rate is high, easy to form disaster chain, and the group has much disaster gender.3. Established disaster evaluation model by gold segmentation method of geological, using analytic hierarchy process in variously complicated factors of geological disaster process in the role. Calculated the geological disaster related factors weights, establishing the mountainous region highway geology disaster evaluation index system. Using this assessment system, under the precondition of collecting enough information in the survey, it can make comprehensive evaluation risk of any road section.4. Considering various geological factors and engineering geological conditions, to different disaster location makes concrete analysis, making realistic treatment measures and construction scheme which can effectively reduce all kinds of geological disasters on the destruction of hilly-mountainous highway. This article selects Meijiang town section of National highway 319 line that is analyzed; the author puts some forward concrete measures.
