Traditional wired communication is always reliable, and recently the rapid development of wireless communication is one of the hot spots in communications industry. The character of Wireless communication is that its channel to transfer data is not reliable, it is time varying due to fading and other reasons. When the data transfer rate is high, the correlation between adjacent data packets cannot be ignored in wireless channel, A model that is more closer to this memory channel is markov model. Gilbert-Elliot channel model was widely adopted in data transmission in wireless channel. And the use of the model can simplify the performance of high-level agreement. This paper studies from two aspects. Firstly, because the channel itself is not reliable and the different agreement in treating customer in service when the channel is off, we respectively analysis its queuing performance of channel transmission; secondly, because the arrival of a disaster or negative customers, which leads to the interruption of the wireless communication channel, and the all or some loss of the transfer information, we analysis its queuing performance of channel transmission. In this paper, the main application are the supplementary variable method and generating function, then we get some indexes for both queuing and reliability measures of interest, such as the mean queue length, channel reliability and so on.
