Repairable Queueing Model With Negative Customers

This paper mainly researches three kinds of repairable queueing system M/G/1 with negative customers.We first consider the one kind is M/G/1 repairable queueing system with negative customers and feedback, when the positive customer finishes its service,it will leave the queue at the rate of p,and come back to the queue at the other rate of 1-p and the negative customer remove one positive customer in the middle of the queueing system.Then we also consider the repairable queueing system M/G/1 with negative customers and two kinds of breakdown states(normal and abnormal).Normal breakdown is caused by the life termination of service station and abnormal breakdown results from the operation lapse.At last,we study the M/G/1 repairable queueing system with catastrophes and retrial,the service station may occur two breakdown states.By use of the supplemental variables method,state transfer analyses and L transform,we derive queueing indexes and reliability indexes.
