Reliability application in military area has extended to the national economy in manyaspects. Series-parallel connected system and voting-type system are applied in engineeringwidely. Now, series system and parallel system have been studied by many researches, andhave got many marked results. Many researches on the compontents after repair are “as goodas new” study the reliability of the system by many researchers, and repaired immediatelywhen components failure, study the reliability of the system. In practical, howerer, thecompontents after repair are not “as good as new”, and repaired not immediately whencomponents failure, so compontents need wait for repair. So we should study compontentsafter repair are not “as good as new” and repaired not immediately when components failure,which close to the real life of people. Meanwhile it also has practical significance and theoryvalue.We do the following research in this paper:In the first part of this paper the reliability of the research purpose、present situation andstudy methods is briefly introduced, then several concepts of measure system reliabilityindices, such as the reliability, availability and so on are introduced.The second part is the main part of the paper:Firstly, two component series connected system is introduced, the compontents afterrepair are not “as good as new” and repair equipment is also possible failure in the repairprocess. Repair facility can replace if it is failure,then repair equipment go on working. Repairfailure equipment can be replaced after the repair equipment, and then continue to repair thefault components. We establish the model and analysis the reliability of system, then theavailability and reliability of the system and so on are derived.Secondly, a three component series-parallel connected system is studied, thecompontents after repair are not “as good as new”, we establish the model and analysis thereliability of system, then the availability and reliability of the system are derived.Again, a linear constructive-(n-1)-out-of-n(G) repariable system is studied, thecompontents after repair are not “as good as new” and repaired not immediately whencomponents failure, so compontents need wait for repair. We establish the model and analysisthe system, then some of the reliability indices is abtained.
