Design And Development Of Distribution System Based On WebGIS For Medical Cases

GIS have been widely used in various fields, with the continuous development of Internet technology and the public demand for geographic information, and the direction of GIS development is network, WebGIS is a web-based Geographic information system, which dramatically increases and improves the GIS fields through network technology. It provides with spatial data browsing, query and analysis functions for users.With the development of human civilization and the improvement of people's living standards, more and more people concerned about the public health and safety, and GIS is an important system for the public of all the public health system. Now, GIS has become an important part of medical information, and can provide the real-time medical resources information for patients. It combines area, patients, medical resources and case situation effectively, showing real-time information to the users, and it is useful for decision-makers to distribute resources reasonable. It also helps patients to choose the free medical institutions, and improves the efficiency of the medical resources.To make the system to meet the massive demand for concurrent access to applications, the paper describes the map tiles technology background and theoretical, and presents a new method which is a map tile technology implementations. The paper shows the spatial relationship of map tiles by studying the topology of map tile. It has a quickly index ability through linear quad tree data structure in a short time, which greatly improved the response speed of the map. It has an important practical significance and reference value for user experience.On the basis of the previous research, this paper introduces design and development of distribution system based on WebGIS for medical cases. Based on the analysis of the functional requirements, it uses of B/S structure and puts the GIS technology and mapping technology into the distribution system based on WebGIS for medical cases, which improves the practical application. It has both full application of all the features of GIS, but also can improve the user satisfaction with the system, which has a certain value and practical significance.
