Muwen River belongs to the Yellow River ,also known as the North Branch Dawen River。Mu Wen Riveris the source of Dawen River and upstream reaches and the largest river flowing through Laiwu City. Muwen imports Yellow River by the Dongping Lake.It is the important river of Laiwu City. In recent years, the local government implemented a series of comprehensive river training works, and received great benefits.Muwen River comprehensive treatment project in 1999, and completed in 2008. The project invested 379 million Yuan. This project includes four parts: (1) River training works; (2) Pollution Control Project; (3) Eco-Green Project; (4) Development and Utilization Project. After the comprehensive treatment project, it form a continuous surface 54 km, and water storage area of 30000 mu, and it stored 54 million cubic meters of surface water, Storing 43 million cubic meters of groundwater. River flood control standard improved from less than 10 years to 50 years. After the comprehensive treatment project, Not only by water-retaining sand, to improve the conditions of industrial and agricultural water use, and the formation of more than 50 kilometers of the landscape corridor. It improved the water environment; beautify the city, fostering sustainable economic and social development in the city, with significant economic and social benefits.This study combines the comprehensive management of urban river project characteristics, the post-construction study of hydrological effects of problems, and focused on analysis of flood control, water quantity, water quality. This study the establishment of river after the evaluation index system for scientific and reasonable evaluation of the comprehensive management of river hydro project benefits is of great significance. Based on these studies, using mathematical methods to the study of content analysis, a mathematical model to discuss the effectiveness of river training works on the hydrology of the size of the management of work is build for future decision-making basis. To carry out this study for the development of comprehensive management of urban river hydro project on the evaluation of the effectiveness norms, after further evaluation of the river training has important practical significance and theoretical value.In this paper, the characteristics and innovations are: (1)From flood control, water quantity, water quality assessment of three aspects of the Muwen River comprehensive management project on the effectiveness of Muwen river basin hydrology.(2)On the establishment of Muwen River Basin precipitation runoff model, and according to the actual natural conditions, the models simplify the analysis. In ensuring accuracy while simplifying the calculation process, this model can be widely applied in the future hydrology of the region to the water calculation.
