Karl Popper (1902-1994) is an Austrian philosopher born in British, who is the founder of critical rationalism in modern scientific philosophy and also an extremely important philosopher in this field. The scientific philosophy is the branch of western philosophy which made science as its subject, and rose in the mid-19th century. Karl Popper developed an unique scientific philosophy and has an important effect in the world. In his early years, he focused on methodology and epistemology, and then turned to ontology, which marked by the book Objective knowledge– a research about evolution.Popper's philosophy starts with epistemology that discusses its growth of knowledge, He reversed the traditional philosophy ideas that the growth of knowledge is continually generalized and confirmed, and put forward the idea of falsification which is very innovative. He thought that the growth of scientific knowledge is a picture of alternating speculation and retort. With the research on this question, he turned his horizon to the ontological knowledge and thus diversificated the word. He thought there were three worlds, "the world one" was physical object and condition of the world, "the world 2" was spiritual ,psychological, and subjective world, "the world 3", it was the ideological content world. Popper thought "the world 3" had objectivity, reality and autonomy. Among them, the autonomy existed and evolved in "the world 3" independently, which responses to the independent growth of objective knowledge, and it is the core of The Three World.Theoretical circles has not a clear idea on the autonomy of objective knowledge of theoretical significance and value understanding, they didn't put it in a significant position to discuss. In the scientific knowledge growing process, many phenomena can be explained with Popper's objective knowledge. As far as this theory was concerned by people, researching on autonomy of "world 3" will undoubtedly to provide a new perspective for the developing rule of scientific knowledge. This article is going to discuss from the following three aspects:Part one, the author will discussed the theoretical origin and background of objective autonomous knowledge systematically. Popper think Plato was the first person who found the third world because Plato's idea had enormous influence on the development of western philosophy. Popper thought Hegel's "objective spirit" and "world 3" not only has similarities but differences for Hegel set a large part of western philosophy thought, who found spiritual philosophy . World three was also the product of philosophical era.Part two, the author analyzes theoretical connotation of objective autonomous knowledge in detail, which consists of 3 parts -- the meaning and characteristics of"world 3", the meaning of objective autonomous knowledge, the performance of objective autonomous knowledge. Among them, the first point of "world 3" pave the way to our text which made people has a comprehensive and better understanding of"world 3"and the autonomy of objective knowledge. This part will mainly discuss the autonomy, the meaning and the performance of objective knowledge. The autonomy will be discussed its traditional significance, such as: the understanding of Aristotle, Kant, and Marx, while the meaning and performance of objective autonomous knowledge will be from the Angle of Karl popper.Part three, people will have a clear understanding of Popper's autonomy of objective knowledge by my analysis of its advantages and disadvantages. Firstly, it expounds the theory of objective autonomous knowledge in epistemology influence; secondly, it elaborates the theory to the contemporary philosophers influence; Thirdly, it discusses the influence on culture studies; Finally, this paper discusses the evaluation of this theory and the author's opinion.
