Regional Economic Space In Henan Province Information System Design And Implementation

The main economic indicators (county-level GDP, the primary industry, the secondary industry and tertiary industries), and county economic relevance were analysised, and spatial data ,attribute data of the integration of storage, data connection, retrieving, displaying, annotation, and mapping reports were achieved by using the Design and Implementation of In Henan Province Regional Economic Spatial Information System which based on the regional economic databases in Henan Province by using The Geographic Information Systems technology. The decision-making for economic management departments and support were provided.The Regional Economic Information Systems were designed and developed.The systems combined the differences of spatial data model and spatio-temporal in the regional economic characteristics,and also used the GeoDataBase ,the Access database, data model, geographic information system components ArcEngine ,the secondary development of Visual Studioand the Net 2008 development environment. The System technology research and the main functions are divided into the following four parts:1)The requirements for information systems on regional economic space were analysised .The architecture systems and the solution were scientific analysised which integrated the software engineering ideas, economic datas, and its own characteristics. The plug-in framework of the ideological and organizational system functions were adopted. The plug and play functionality was realized, the system's stability and scalability was achieved.2)Based on the economic data ,basic characteristics of geographic data and systems of data specifications, the basic geographic datas were processed . A spatial datas and attribute datas stored in the regional economic integration, database, and basic geographic database were established by using the Access database and ArcSDE spatial data engine.3)We studied the economic data query, spatial data and the economic attributes of the data connection,and analysised the regional economic data in this system.The economic data, thematic maps (pie chart, histogram, sub - Class-based color) rendering, spatial correlation analysis, attribute statistics, economic data, contours and maps printed were completed by using the ArcEngine powerful map display and the spatial analysis capabilities.4)According to regional spatial location and regional economic data on the characteristics of the realization of the economic data profiles, QQ map function was realized according to regional spatial location and regional economic data on the characteristics,which combined the maps with the tabulars better. It also supported the analysis of economic data analysis .A certain normative and practical regional economic information systems have established.
