The Research And Applications Of Related Technologies About Cadastral Data Owned By Households

Cadastral Information is the critical business data of land and resources management departments about resources and asset management,as an important part of the county's infrastructure,which has a great significance on adjusting the industrial structure,optimizing the allocation of land resources,promoting sustainable economic and social development.The cadastral data are primarily implemented by county departments,though the administrative departments have built database which is based on the "Standard For Urban Cadastral Database",because of their business needs,the cadastral data index system has been expanded at all levels,which still has not to be unified.with the rapid development of resource information technology, cadastral data collaboration among different departments has become increasingly frequent,but the decentralized cadastral data can't meet the demands of the information sharing.Based on the above background,this paper put forward the key technology researching on the management of cadastral data owned by households,to explore ways to solve the above problems.This paper analyzes the characteristics of county-level cadastral data,proposing a method of county-level cadastral data extraction which is by way of network and in order to achieve the cadastral data owned by households.This paper describes the key technologies of cadastral data extraction about routes and methods.Firstly,it describes the technical methods of county-level cadastral database integration in accordance with national standards,then it uses ADO.NET technology to achieve remote access to heterogeneous cadastral database.Based on the established indicator data system,building table and field mapping between the indicator cadastral database and the county level databases for cadastral data extraction.Finally, the management module of cadastral data owned by households has been designed to achieve the cadastral data query, statistics and analysis,which lay a foundation for the management of cadastral data owned by households.
