Chinese characteristics not only has its practical foundation,but also has historical inevitability and practical necessity.It is not only an inevitable requirement for the revival of traditional culture to achieve its creative transformation and innovative development,is also a realistic choice to deal with the particularity and limitations of western management theories.Many achievements in the current academic circles either focus on the systematic investigation of the development and evolution of China’s management disciplines,management thoughts and management practices in stages,but fail to directly and fully discuss the ideological issues of Chinese management science;or focus on the contemporary certainty.However,it is lacking in the long-term investigation of the time dimension and the analytical perspective of the historical level,and the comparative research in different periods is still weak.In fact,the construction of Chinese management is not only a contemporary proposition,but also a historical proposition.In modern times,management science was introduced into China as an imported product in the eastward spread of Western learning.In the process of localizing research and application of Western management theories based on China’s national conditions,Chinese people gradually developed their own demands for independent academic development.Since the reform and opening up,With the continuous reform of the economic management system,the resumption of the dissemination of Western management and the resumption of domestic management academic research,the academic circles have presented a series of ideas and theoretical achievements around why and how to build Chinese management.Since the new century,the vigorous development of Chinese management thought construction is a historical necessity after my country’s management practice has continuously achieved results and realized the long-term accumulation of management academics.In view of this,this paper conducts a holistic review and systematic investigation of the construction thought of Chinese management and its development and evolution since modern times.It should be pointed out that management includes multiple branches such as enterprise management and administrative management.In addition to the general significance of the Chinese management construction thought,this paper is also based on the richness of research results,the adequacy of historical materials and the research Based on the feasibility,the Chinese enterprise management and Chinese administrative management construction ideas in the branch fields are selected to carry out research in various periods,so as to achieve both generality and specificity,universality and
