The study of these topics will aid China’s wood processing sector in realizing its full potential and making use of domestic market demand to raise the level of high-quality development of the sector.It will also serve as a point of reference and be significant for other Chinese manufacturing sectors.This paper comprehensively applies the theory of high-quality development,the theory of market effect mechanism in the high-quality development of wood processing industry includes four action paths:(1)home market scale can directly promote the high-quality development of wood processing industry through scale effect,interaction effect and terminal demand effect;(2)Through the technological spillover and market competitiveness effects brought on by industrial agglomeration,the size of the home market can first support industrial agglomeration and then indirectly encourage the high-quality growth of the wood processing industry;(3)Through the demand correlation mechanism of industrial agglomeration and the spillover of space technology,the home market scale first indirectly supports the enhancement of the service level of the wood processing industry.Thereafter,it indirectly supports the high-quality development of the wood processing industry through the cost effect,technological innovation effect,and value added effect of the wood processing service the provincial level,there is a home market effect in the high-quality development of wood processing industry.For regions with the advantage of industrial agglomeration,the growth of home market scale can promote the high-quality development of China’s wood processing industry,in which industrial agglomeration and manufacturing service have some intermediary effects.Moreover,the direct promotion of the home market scale to the high-quality development of the wood processing industry and the indirect promotion through the agglomeration effect and the service effect are relatively stable.In the mechanism of home market effect,the direct role of home market size is dominant,but for the industrial sector,the strength of home market effect can be enhanced by formulating strategies to promote industrial agglomeration and improve the level of manufacturing service.
