Research On Synergistic Behavior Principium,Mechanisms And Evaluation Of Enterprise Integrated System

From the product integration,the technology integration and the management integration within enterprises,to enterprise agglomeration,industrial cluster,scientific and technological innovation platform cluster,as well as urban agglomeration and“Belt and Road Initiative” and so on,various integration phenomena have emerged continuously.The essence of these phenomena is to try to obtain integration economy or integration efficiency through integration and construction of integrated system.Therefore,integration and enterprise integrated system will be an important means and mode of future organizational development.The establishment of enterprise integrated system means the existence of interface of integrated elements.These elements are not only the nodes of contradiction and conflict of integrated elements but also the nodes of efficiency and benefit loss of enterprise integrated system.Therefore,to achieve integration economy,the interface management of enterprise integrated system is essential.The core of interface management is synergistic management,in which the involved content is various,including strategic synergy,cultural synergy,management synergy and so on.But its essences are the synergy of person and person(P-P),person and organizations(P-O),organizations and organizations(O-O).They restrict and determines every aspect of synergistic behavior of the whole enterprise integrated system.Using the theories of synergetics,integrated management and organizational behavior,the synergistic behavior principium,mechanism and evaluation of enterprise integration system are studied in this thesis.Its main content is as follows:Firstly,the synergistic behavior principium of the enterprise integrated system.This part includes: First,it explains the connotation and characteristics of the enterprise integrated system,and analyzes the motivation of synergistic behavior management of the enterprise integration system,evolution process and stages as well as influencing factors of synergistic behavior of enterprise integration system;Second,the characteristics of synergistic behavior of enterprise integrated system are revealed,including implicit and explicit behavior features.Synergistic behavior evolution rule and synergistic behavior characteristics are the basis of synergistic behavior management of enterprise integration system.Secondly,the synergistic behavior mechanism of enterprise integrated system.Based on the synergistic behavior mechanism model of the enterprise integrated system,seven mechanisms influencing synergistic behavior are explored in this thesis,which are desire formation mechanism,expectation consensus mechanism,goal coordination mechanism,ability matching mechanism,coordination equity mechanism,reinforcement coordination mechanism,and synergistic environment mechanism.The mechanism of synergistic behavior is the driving force of initiating,maintaining and strengthening synergistic behaviors.Thirdly,the synergistic behavior evaluation enterprise integrated system.This part of the research aims to explore and put forward a new evaluation method of synergistic behavior of enterprise integrated system.It mainly includes contents as follows: First,the evaluation model of synergy degree of enterprise integrated system based on integration force is demonstrated and put forward.In other words,a questionnaire survey was used to verify the positive correlation between integration force and synergy degree with tools such as SPSS22.0,Amos24.0 and STATA 10.0,and the evaluation model of synergy degree of enterprise integrated system was built on this basis;Second,the essence of synergistic behavior of enterprise integrated systems is proposed,which includes P-P synergy,P-O synergy and O-O synergy.Third,the synergistic behavior evaluation index systems of P-P,P-O and O-O with quality,psychological distance and environment as three dimensions are established.Fourth,the specific measurement method and process of synergy degree of P-P,P-O,O-O and overall enterprise integration system are proposed;Fifth,the case analysis is conducted.Star-net enterprise integrated system is selected as the case for application analysis to verify the evaluation model.Synergistic behavior evaluation of enterprise integrated systems not only reveals the overall level of synergistic behavior of enterprise integrated systems,but also reveals the degree of synergy behavior among P-P,P-O and O-O,which has a "targeted" effect on synergistic behavior management of enterprise integrated systems.
