| With the development of the sharing economy,the shared manufacturing supply chain platform of the Internet + manufacturing industry provides new ideas for solving the contradiction between large-scale standardized production in the manufacturing industry and the individual needs of consumers.As the main body of enterprise value co-creation on the chain,the manufacturing supply chain platform realizes the integration of resources and ultimately creates value through dynamic and continuous interaction with other participants.Value co-creation activities have expanded from the consumption field to the production field.Therefore,opening the "black box" of value creation on the shared manufacturing supply chain platform is an urgent research problem that needs to be solved.At the same time,the shared manufacturing supply chain platform system involves multiple interest groups,and the issue of revenue distribution based on value co-creation is the core that determines the sustainable stability of the platform,and has also attracted the attention of various stakeholders of the platform.At present,many domestic leading enterprises in the industry have begun to build shared manufacturing supply chain platforms.Academically,there is an urgent need to refine relevant theories from practice to promote the development of a healthy interaction between theory and practice.This paper first studies the general mode of value co-creation of the shared manufacturing supply chain platform and its value co-creation mechanism,and then discusses the two modes of contractual cooperation value co-creation and equity cooperation value co-creation,respectively,to discuss the shared manufacturing supply chain revenue distribution mechanism.The research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Shared manufacturing supply chain platform value co-creation model and process.Combined with the existing management cases,the general model of value cocreation of the shared manufacturing supply chain platform is proposed;and the shared manufacturing is deconstructed from the perspective of how individualized demand and large-scale production can achieve opposition and unity in the shared manufacturing supply chain platform model.The value creation process of supply chain platform.(2)Sharing the value co-creation mechanism of the manufacturing supply chain platform.Based on the perspective of network effects,an evolutionary model of the value co-creation behavior of the shared manufacturing supply chain platform and manufacturers is constructed,the evolution and stability strategies of the two participants are analyzed,and the internal mechanism of the shared manufacturing supply chain platform value co-creation is explored.The research has obtained the boundary conditions for the platform and the manufacturer to participate in the value co-creation.Further simulation analysis results show that the value co-creation of the shared supply chain platform is a dynamic process of multi-party interactive game,and the value co-creation of the shared manufacturing supply chain platform is affected by multiple factors.influence.(3)The revenue distribution strategy of the shared manufacturing supply chain platform under the contractual cooperation model.Under the background of personalized consumption upgrade,this paper studies the optimal decision-making and profit distribution of each member in the supply chain composed of a shared manufacturing supply chain platform and manufacturers.Considering the common influence of price and individualized demand preference in the consumer demand function,based on contractual cooperation,a value co-creation model of a shared manufacturing supply chain system is constructed,and a comparison is made between decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making and platform profit increment sharing contracts.The optimal strategy and income distribution of each participant in the three scenarios.Competitive factors are further introduced to explore the influence of intra-chain and extra-chain competition factors on the revenue distribution ratio.The research conclusion shows the difference in the income distribution of the shared manufacturing supply chain system and the income of the participating entities under different game decision-making methods;when further considering the competition factors in the chain,the platform and the manufacturer can compete proportionally according to the relative effort,and their respective share The proportion is determined by the precision of the ranking mechanism of consumer ratings;when off-chain competition is considered,the level of competition represented by manufacturer substitution rate and number of manufacturers,consumer evaluations,and platform effort levels all affect shared manufacturing supply chain benefits distribute.(4)The income distribution strategy of the shared manufacturing supply chain platform under the equity cooperation model.Equity cooperation was introduced into the shared manufacturing supply chain platform,and the value co-creation model of the shared manufacturing supply chain platform was constructed under the conditions that the manufacturer did not participate in the supply chain game and the manufacturer participated in the supply chain game,and discussed two different situations.Next,share the revenue distribution of the manufacturing supply chain,and further analyze the platform’s revenue distribution options at different valuation and growth levels through simulation.The research results show that the manufacturer’s gaming behavior,the platform’s market growth and the platform’s decision-making and a profit-increment game model,and introduces competitive factors to analyze the impact of income distribution,breaking through the limitation of existing literature that only discusses a single situation;(3)Equity cooperation is innovatively introduced into the research on revenue distribution of shared manufacturing supply chain platforms.At present,research on supply chain revenue distribution is mostly carried out from the perspective of contractual cooperation,and it is rare to develop supply chain revenue distribution from the perspective of equity cooperation.This is a beneficial supplement to the income distribution of existing platforms;(4)From the perspective of platform growth dynamics,the choice of income distribution methods for low-valued platforms and high-valued platforms is analyzed.It provides a new perspective and broadens the boundaries of income distribution research. |
