| Since the beginning of the founding ceremony of the People’s Republic of China,the common prosperity,as the opposite of the polarization between the rich and the poor,has been closely linked with the socialist process.In order to promote and realize the goal of common prosperity,a series of policies and practices have exerted great influence on local residents’ poverty and wealth structure.The concept of rich and poverty,which not only reflects people’s cognitive attitude towards rich and poor,but also directly guides people to carry out practices,is not only an important part in economic field,but also an important part of culture.In the perspective of common prosperity,focusing on the core concept of rich and poverty,through combing and studying the practice appearance of micro-cases in perspective of common prosperity,this paper makes a perspective of content and characteristics of the changes in concept of rich and poverty among the people through field investigation,it can not only enrich the research on concept of rich and poverty and the related research on common prosperity with a vivid case,but also inspire the practice of rural revitalization,the consolidation and expansion of achievements of poverty alleviation and the solid promotion of common prosperity.Based on the theory of transition of society and culture,the concept of human-centered wealth and the theory of rational action,this paper took "Process-Event" as the main research strategy,and on the basis of literature review and investigation,after a comprehensive consideration of the process and characteristics of common prosperity,the specific events that revealed the concept of wealth,the structure and content of the wealth of the local people,and the evolution of the pro-poor development policy,etc.,based on how the above factors affected the concept of rich and poverty,the paper drew the time line of the study,after defining the concept of rich and poverty,and then made a case study on change of concept of rich and poverty of Miao in southern Guizhou Dahua village.In addition to the introduction,this article was divided into six chapters.The firstchapter was an overview of Dahua village,introducing the basic features of the human,social and cultural environment that determine the local people’s concept on rich and poverty.The second chapter was the rich-poverty view of the local people in Dahua village before the founding ceremony of the People’s Republic of China,which condensed the rich-poverty view in the Miao society and established the logical starting point of the follow-up study.The third chapter was the concept of rich and poverty in period of planned economy.It examined the concept of wealth and poverty in the events of land reform,collective production and life and improvement of glutinous rice.The fourth chapter was about the concept of the rich and the poverty in period of reform and opening-up and the well-off society,it examined the concept of the rich and the poverty in the event of the underground farm households,the agricultural tax,the export of labor services seeking for monetary wealth,and the transformation of agriculture into non-agriculture.The fifth chapter was the concept of the rich and the poverty in period of the whole village’s promotion and overall construction.It examined the concept of the rich and the poverty in the event of the Xiaokang,coal and sand resources development and the whole village’s promotion.The sixth chapter was the concept of the rich and poverty in period of precise poverty alleviation and the comprehensive Xiaokang.It examined the concept of the rich and poverty in events of election and proposition of the new term of village committee,the implementation of precise poverty alleviation and the consolidation of the achievements in poverty alleviation.In addition,in order to ensure the coherence of research logic,a comparative study of concept of rich and poverty of the local people has been carried out in the adjacent chapters.Through the research,this paper drew the following conclusions:First,there is a very obvious logical relationship between common prosperity and the concept of rich and poverty.Common Prosperity is the opposite of the differentiation between the rich and the poor,and the concept of the rich and poverty is the cognition of the rich and the poor A series of policies and practices in the process of common prosperity have exerted a continuous and profound influence on the Miao people in village.The practical characteristics of the Miao culture also correspond to the practice direction of the policy of common prosperity in China.The local Miao concept of richand poverty has constantly been renewed and shaped in the process of constant cultural adaptation and local practice.Second,in the constant pursuit of the goal of common prosperity,the local people’s concept of rich and the poverty has clear realistic direction,relative stability and gradual level of meeting the needs,has historical inheritance,gradual fuzziness of the judgment standard of rich and poverty,and lags behind the change of ideas,in the course of changing from single to multiple,the standard of judging the rich and poor in the concept of rich and poverty has realized the gradual transformation from the form of material object to the form of value.But there is no doubt that the local people have generally accepted common prosperity theory and practice of the concept of rich and poverty and is a more positive attitude in-depth practice.Third,the concept of rich and poverty plays an important role in Miao culture.The concept of rich and poverty is not only the cognition and attitude to the rich and the poor,but also the social justice implied in it.The picture of happy life that Miao village has constructed at present also fully proves the important position of the concept of rich and poverty in Miao culture and even in the larger national culture.Through this investigation and research,it is found that the concept of rich and poverty is not only closely related to fortune,property and poverty,but also has a very diverse content and characteristics,this is a beneficial supplement to the theoretical research of the concept of rich and poverty,and the common prosperity.In view of the lag of the concept of rich and poverty and the gradual advancement of common prosperity in China,how the concept of rich and poverty will evolve in the coming period of time needs further in-depth investigation and analysis. |
