market.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee proposed to build a new development pattern with the domestic cycle as the main body and both domestic and international cycles promoting each other.Of course,relying more on the domestic market is not only the inevitable choice of international economic circulation gradually weakening,but also the topic of domestic market advantage excavation.Through supply-side structural reform,all links of production,distribution,circulation and consumption are opened up to make China’s economic cycle rely more on the domestic market,improve the adaptation of the supply system to demand,so that demand affects supply and supply creates demand.The core of building a new development pattern lies in the "cycle".That is to say,to promote the large domestic cycle,we need to accelerate the realization of high-quality supply,narrow the urban-rural income distribution gap,weaken market trading barriers,and upgrade the level and structure of consumers’ consumption.To ensure the smooth circulation of the domestic firstly adhere to scientific and technological innovation self-reliance,speed up the overcoming of the "neck" problem in key areas.We need to make industrial chains more resilient and safer,and speed up efforts to strengthen weak links in industrial and supply chains.Digital development is changing with each passing day,and the integration with Chinese industries is deepening.It has become a key force for China’s economic growth.The 14th Five-Year Plan period is a crucial period for China’s economic development.China will embark on a new journey to build a modern socialist country in an all-round way.The 19th CPC National Congress called for deeper integration of the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and the real economy.In 2021,the scale of China’s digital economy will reach 45.5 trillion yuan,accounting for 39.8%of GDP.The new round of scientific and technological revolution has shown amazing power,and big data technology will comprehensively promote the digitalization of Chinese people’s lives.Because of the special theoretical characteristics of digital economy,it has an important impact on the smooth double circulation.The unimpeded circulation of the domestic economy is the main obstacle to unimpeded production,distribution,circulation and consumption.Digital technology is conducive to the expansion of market boundaries,economic activities are no longer limited by the geographical and time constraints,which provides technical support for potential user needs.With the promotion of digital technology,the transaction costs of enterprises and users are decreasing,and the transaction efficiency is significantly improved.Therefore,the development of digital economy can reduce the cost of economic cycle,effectively improve the efficiency of economic cycle,and achieve a higher level of dynamic balance between the supply side and the demand side.With economies of scale,digital economy can stimulate consumption potential and expand the consumer market.The application of digital technology can share information,achieve accurate matching of supply and demand,and improve the allocation efficiency of factors and products.The focus of this paper is the digital economy to smooth the domestic grand circulation mechanism of theoretical logic and empirical analysis.Through the review of the digital economy,the domestic grand circulation and its development context and the discussion of relevant literature,specifically through the study of the digital economy on the production,distribution,circulation and consumption of four links of action mechanism,and then the digital economy how to play a due role in the unhindered domestic grand circulation.Based on this,the research content of this paper is as follows:The first part is the introduction.Firstly,the background,theoretical significance and practical significance of this paper are described.Secondly,it introduces the content,structure and research methods of the paper.Finally,the innovation and deficiency of this paper are clarified.Second,literature review and theoretical basis.In this paper,the digital economy and the domestic great circulation are sorted out and reviewed,and the research direction of this paper is put forward on the basis of summarizing the shortcomings of the existing research.In theoretical analysis part,first of all,defines the related concepts of the digital economy and domestic circulation,summarizes the overview of the digital economy and domestic large cycle in each link of production,distribution,exchange and consumption plugging point mechanisms,because the digital economy has special characteristic,it has important effects on clear inner loop.Third,the digital economy and the current situation of domestic circular development analysis.First of all,analyze the importance of the development of digital economy in Chinese economy as a whole,according to the provincial level of data to analyze the development of digital economy in the provinces.Secondly,we will sort out our path of new development pattern with domestic macrocycle as the main part,and reach the inevitability conclusion of implementing domestic macrocycle as the main part of development pattern in our country.Finally,through the analysis of the intrinsic characteristics of digital economy to smooth the domestic circulation of the due role.Fourth,the impact of the digital economy on high-quality supply.The advent of the digital economy is not only the economic growth led by technological innovation,but also the economic growth caused by the transformation of the model and the upgrading of the structure.It is a kind of high-quality growth,which is in line with the modern economic system proposed in the report to the 19th National Congress.Therefore,this part of the paper mainly studies the impact of digital economy on high-quality supply.Specifically,this paper measure the digital economy development index in 2014-2019 and the high quality level of supply,using fixed effect,random effect and GMM estimation is the empirical analysis on the development of the digital economy to high quality supply,and to check whether it has the characteristics of nonlinear,finally in selecting appropriate instrumental variable on the basis of the robustness test.Fifth,the role of the digital economy in urban and rural income distribution.In the digital economy,digital information and knowledge,as important production factors of social production,are gradually becoming the dominant production conditions.The addition of new production factors not only promotes the great development of social productive forces,but also adjusts the old production relations,changes the original distribution of production conditions,restructures the related labor process,and thus affects the final income distribution.Based on this,this part mainly studies the impact of digital economy on income distribution.Specifically,it mainly studies the impact of digital economy on the income gap between urban and rural areas in China,and adopts the threshold effect method to study the threshold effect of urbanization and rural entrepreneurial activity.Sixth,the role of the digital economy in market segmentation.The conclusions:First,the digital economy has a significant positive effect on the high quality development,and the digital economy has a single threshold effect on the high quality development.The economy can promote the narrowing of the gap between urban and rural income.Urbanization and rural entrepreneurial activity have a single threshold effect on the impact of digital economy on urban-rural income gap.Third,digital economy has a positive effect on market segmentation.Driven by entrepreneurship,the marginal effect of digital economy on alleviating market segmentation is increasing.Fourth,the digital economy has a significant role in promoting consumption upgrading.The digital economy has played a significant role in promoting the consumption level in the central region and upgrading the consumption structure in the central and western regions.The digital economy has played a significant role in promoting the consumption level in both urban and rural areas,and the increase of consumption level in rural areas is higher than that in urban areas.The rapid development of the digital economy and the major strategic deployment of the domestic grand cycle have aroused high attention of the academic circle.The relevant literature is constantly enriched,but there is a lack of systematic research on the impact of the digital economy on the domestic grand cycle.Especially,it is of great significance to analyze the action mechanism of the digital economy from the perspective of production relations.Compared with the existing research literature,this paper has the following innovations in order to thoroughly study the effect of the digital economy of our country on domestic circulation:First,systematically build the digital economic development index and describe the current situation of the digital economic development of our country;Secondly,the domestic circulation research is not only limited to the market unclog,but based on the Marx social production theory,the domestic circulation system is divided into four links,and then the digital economy’s influence on the four links of the domestic circulation is analyzed.Finally,based on the specific national conditions of China,in full consideration of the urbanization process and the factors of urban-rural contradictions,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to study the specific role and mechanism of digital economy on the domestic great circulation. |
