efficient guarantee has become an important issue and needs to be paid great attention to.Based on the western land-sea corridor industrial chain cluster development,not only can solve the practical forward the thesis’innovation,difficulties during doing the research and problems to be further focused.Chapter2 focuses on the theoretical basis,doing the evaluation of research status and obtaining
