| Innovation ecosystem is the preferred way to accelerate R&D of enterprises and promote their transformation and upgrading.It plays a vital role in national and social economic development.The structure of innovation ecosystem is the foundation of collaborative innovation.Competition and cooperation are the key driving-force for innovation agents and other innovation participants to achieve mutualism.Therefore,it has theoretical and practical significance to study the structure of innovation ecosystem and coopetition relationship model of internal innovation agents.However,due to the unique environmental adaptability of innovation ecosystems.It is difficult to clarify the evolution of structure and coopetition.The structure of innovation ecosystem is constantly changing with uncontrollable environmental factors such as policies,requirements and culture.Innovation agents have to adjust innovation strategies to face risks and challenges.Innovation agents’ behavior is rooted in and act on system structure.Therefore,it has a high degree of complexity to research the association.This paper aimed at the characteristics and difficulties of the problem.Adopted qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the evolution trend of innovation ecosystem structure.Through the theory and method related to biology to solve the evolution of coopetition of innovation agents.Through evolutionary game and simulation methods to build three coopetition models of different innovation scenarios.Then,the problem of system structure and innovation agents’ association was solved through the method of combining literature survey and practical cases.It was reflected a certain degree of innovation and universality.The research work can be divided into the following four aspects:First of all,structure model and evolution analysis of innovation ecosystem.Through literatures,practical research and other ways to sort out the functions,forming dynamic and agglomeration process of innovation ecosystem.On this basis,this paper described each sub-level structure of the innovation ecosystem and given the overall structure model.This paper established the core position of innovation agent layer.Then analyzed the relationship between this layer and other layers.Aim for revenue,this paper analyzed the evolution trend and influencing factors of innovation agent relationship from the perspective of core technology R&D and social responsibility fulfillment.The innovation and social significance of innovation ecosystem had been demonstrated.Finally,the evolution of structure under different innovation scenarios was analyzed with reference to the idea of mapping in mathematics.Secondly,research on the coopetition evolution model of innovation agents in innovation ecosystem.Aiming at the relationship between the structure of innovation ecosystem and the coopetition of internal innovation agents,a closed-loop iterative coupling evolution model is proposed.Fully combed the driving and derivative relationships,built the Lotka-Volterra model.This paper introduced system effect into the model.Simulation results showed that the innovation ecosystem under symbiotic innovation scenario is most beneficial to the development of agents.The maintenances of the system also promoted the further iteration and upgraded of the system.The coupling relationship of positive feedback was verified.And then,research on the construction and solution of coopetition relationship models in different innovation scenarios.Based on evolutionary game theory,the decision-making process among innovation agents in innovation ecosystem was described.Then constructed the coopetition relationship model under the scenario of dependent innovation which introduced enterprise incentives into the model.Besides,considering the characteristics of fuzzy organizational boundaries in symbiotic innovation scenario.Innovation modularization becomes the main mode.The paper extracted the main influencing factors and analyzed the cross-level decision-making model.Finally,vertical case analysis of BOE innovation ecosystem.In order to make the research work had both theoretical and practical significance,this paper selected BOE as the case study object.Then described the development history and current situation of the enterprise through research and interview through annual report news and other channels.At present,we found the innovation ecosystem of BOE is in the center and periphery nested structure,and is developing towards the multi-network integration rainforest structure,which namely the direction of decentralization.The corresponding coopetition mode changed from mating coopetition to symbiotic coopetition.Combined with innovation demand and leverage theory,the evolution process and mechanism embedding of BOE innovation ecosystem were presented.This paper constructed the structure of innovation ecosystem and the competition and cooperation relationship model of internal innovation agents.It revealed the evolution and development law of innovation ecosystem from macro and micro perspectives.It had important guiding significance to the decision-making of innovation agents.This paper aimed to provide reference for improving competitiveness of the innovation ecosystem.Finally solved the problems of waste of innovation resources,low efficiency of innovation activities and the restriction of key technologies in reality. |
