| Innovation and contemporary are two major themes in the today’s social development.All countries are committed to the planning and construction of national innovation system,improve national competitiveness and realize the sustainable development of national innovation.Scientific and technological innovation shoulders the important task of building a national innovation system.Facing the complexity of social problems,the cross integration of different disciplines in the context of big science has become a breakthrough point for scientific research innovation and solving cutting-edge problems of science and technology.Due to the heterogeneous distribution of people,resources and knowledge,the interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration is becoming an important way to realize scientific and technological innovation.In particular,the interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration continues to transfer knowledge from within the organization of knowledge production to outside the organization under the needs of national innovation and development,so as to realize the absorption and utilization of knowledge.The interdisciplinary collaborative innovation is developing towards socialization and has become a complex system engineering with the participation of multiple innovation subjects.At present,the research and practice of interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration are constantly carried out at home and abroad,but the efficiency of collaborative innovation is relatively low,and there are still bottlenecks of collaboration.Therefore,the research on interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration configuration and impact mechanism is urgent to improve scientific and technological innovation and national innovation and development.On the basis of combing the research status and interdisciplinary practice of interdisciplinary cooperation at home and abroad,guided by the national innovation demand,this study discuss the questions of interdisciplinary scientific research collaborative diversified allocation.Further,we analyze the application of interdisciplinary collaborative policy in China and analyzes the factors affecting interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration from the perspective of literature synthesis.Taking researchers as the object of empirical research,we explore the key factors and influencing mechanisms that affect and restrict interdisciplinary scientific research cooperation and put forward the promotion and guarantee strategies.Based on the existing research and practice,this work makes a systematic study on interdisciplinary scientific research cooperation from the perspective of system science and user behavior by comprehensively using empirical research methods such as literature analysis,interview and questionnaire survey.This thesis aims to put forward the allocation strategies of interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration,explore the bottlenecks restricting interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration and policy incentive strategies,and enrich interdisciplinary research theory and national innovation theory.The research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)In the context of innovation and development needs and the transformation of knowledge production mode,this thesis puts forward that interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration is an important way to promote national scientific and technological innovation,and analyzes the interdisciplinary scientific research system.Under the development of national innovation demand,it promotes the evolution of interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration,and analyzes the internal demand and development trend of collaboration from knowledge production to openness and socialization.The definition,discrimination and characteristics of interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration are deeply analyzed.The collaborative goals and development directions under different collaboration requirements are analyzed.Therefore,we construct an interdisciplinary collaborative ecosystem,analyze the elements,modes and process stages of interdisciplinary scientific research collaborative system,and build an interdisciplinary scientific research collaborative relationship based on innovation value chain.(2)Based on the analysis of interdisciplinary scientific research system,this thesis analyzes the policy environment.Interdisciplinary collaboration is a complex and risky collaborative process.National policy support and guidance can reduce the risk in the process of collaboration and provide certain support and guarantee,which plays a great role in promoting interdisciplinary collaboration.Analyze national policies and clarify the current situation and policy environment of national interdisciplinary policies.Based on the policy text analysis,the study analyzes the characteristics and evolution of the national interdisciplinary development policy and industry university research policy,obtains the shortcomings of the national policy characteristics and application,and puts forward policy suggestions for the promulgation of interdisciplinary collaborative policy in the future,so as to provide a loose policy environment.(3)The influencing factors of interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration are analyzed in this study.The systematic and comprehensive analysis of empirical research literatures is constructed by using the meta-analysis method of literatures.This thesis makes a quantitative study on the effect value in the literature,and discusses the antecedent variables affecting interdisciplinary scientific research cooperation.The four dimensions of knowledge subject,knowledge object,external environment and cooperative relationship are considered to have different degrees of positive impact on the interdisciplinary cooperation of researchers.The framework model of influencing factors of interdisciplinary cooperation of scientific researchers from the perspective of the whole process is constructed to explain the influence relationship and function of each factor.(4)The key factors affecting interdisciplinary scientific research cooperation were identified and analyzed through interviews with researchers.The conceptual framework of influencing factors of interdisciplinary scientific research cooperation based on scientific research life cycle is summarized.The scientific researchers of scientific research institutions in colleges and universities involving multiple disciplines and majors are selected and then interviewed to obtain first-hand information.The connotation of the relationship between the initial concept,category,main category and category is obtained through the three-level coding methods of open coding,spindle coding and selective coding.Finally,the influencing factors are divided into user,knowledge,environment,service and process and put into an analytical framework.The theoretical model of the influencing factors of interdisciplinary collaboration of researchers is constructed to explain the mechanism of each dimension.(5)Based on qualitative interviews and the conceptual model of interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration,we analyze the path of the formation mechanism of interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration.The theoretical model of researchers’ willingness to cooperate in interdisciplinary scientific research is constructed and then put forward relevant hypotheses based on S-O-R theory and embeddedness theory.Through the questionnaire survey,we employ the structural equation model to verify the hypothesis,and come to the conclusion that policy embedding,attitude embedding,knowledge embedding,relationship embedding and service embedding have a positive impact on the behavior intention of interdisciplinary scientific research cooperation,in which perceived benefit,perceived cost and self-efficacy play an intermediary role.(6)On the basis of literature analysis and research conclusions,we put forward targeted a series of promotion strategies and suggestions of interdisciplinary development.These suggestions will improve the emotional perception level and knowledge embedding depth of interdisciplinary cooperation among researchers,help to build interdisciplinary teams,promote the active docking of industry,university and research,create an interdisciplinary scientific research atmosphere,improve the information technology service level,and create a loose policy environment for interdisciplinary scientific research collaboration by government departments.There are several innovations in this study:(1)introducing the idea of complex system into the interdisciplinary scientific research collaborative research,expanding the research scope from the perspective of collaborative innovation,and analyzing the external policy environment of organizations promoting interdisciplinary collaboration in China.(2)Using the methods of Meta-analysis and interview,this study identified the factors influent interdisciplinary collaboration constructs a conceptual model of the influencing factors of interdisciplinary collaboration,and explains the influencing mechanism.Clarify the important role of policy factors and service factors in interdisciplinary scientific research coordination in the new era.(3)Combined with SO-R theory and embeddedness theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors of interdisciplinary scientific collaboration of researchers.Through questionnaire survey and structural equation model,this study verified the influencing mechanism. |
