Abstract/Summary:
The huge user base in virtual communities creates a huge amount of user-generated content, which contains huge economic value and is also known as “oil” in the era of data economy. To maximize the economic value of user-generated content,it is necessary to ensure the information security of users when they share user-generated content in virtual communities. However, the economic value of user-generated content has led to serious threats to its secure sharing governance, and corporate opportunistic behavior against usergenerated content in virtual communities, external malicious attacks and malicious dissemination, and other security-endangering sharing behaviors are still restricting the long-term and smooth development of the digital economy and virtual communities. Therefore, conducting research on secure sharing governance of user-generated content to ensure a safe sharing environment for users is an issue that needs attention to promote the construction of digital economy.Blockchain and smart contract technologies,as Turingcomplete information technologies with technical features such as trustless, tamperproof, automatic execution, information transparency and low cost, are highly compatible with the internal logic of the demand for secure sharing governance of user-generated content. Therefore, based on relevant studies at home and abroad, this thesis carries out an in-depth study on blockchain technology to solve the dilemma of user-generated content security sharing at the governance level, and establishes the following main research questions:(1)Can user-generated content security sharing mechanism based on blockchain realize the user’s content autonomy?(2)How to govern the opportunistic behavior of virtual community enterprises towards user-generated content based on blockchain?(3)How do blockchain’s reward and punishment policies limit the malicious distribution of usergenerated content containing private information? The specific content of this thesis includes the following four parts:(1)Starting from the problem of secure sharing of user-generated content and taking the theory of full life cycle management and the theory of technology governance as the basic theory,we propose a secure sharing mechanism of user-generated content in virtual communities based on blockchain technology through theoretical modeling method and design a transaction process algorithm granting user autonomy and realizing the encrypted storage of usergenerated content and the user’s complete autonomy of his/her own information.and realize the encrypted storage of user-generated content and the full autonomy of users over their own information. Finally, the key dimensions of the model’s practice are discussed, including full lifecycle management, trust, privacy, user autonomy, interoperability, and integration with other information technologies.(2)On the basis of the blockchain-based virtual community user-generated content security sharing model,we construct a threeparty evolutionary game model of user-generated content sharing based on evolutionary game theory, analyze the three-party game strategy behaviors, including the influencing factors,decision-making evolution paths, and final equilibrium results of the user-generated content security sharing and the opportunistic behaviors of the enterprises in virtual communities, and explore the key dimensions of governmental opportunistic governance in virtual communities. It explores the key responsibilities of the government in the governance of enterprise opportunism, and finally puts forward the governance countermeasures and suggestions for the opportunistic behavior of enterprises in virtual communities.(3)Based on evolutionary game theory and system dynamics theory,we construct a model of malicious user-generated content dissemination governance under the scenario of private information. To address the problem of malicious dissemination of usergenerated content containing private information, based on the SEIR model of infectious diseases and the three-party evolutionary game theory,we construct an evolutionary game model of malicious disseminators and virtual community enterprises and build a model of malicious dissemination of private user content on this basis, further introduce the reward and punishment mechanism of blockchain technology, and analyze the threshold of malicious dissemination, the evolution trend and influencing factors in different conditions,as well as the evolution of decision-making choices of both sides of the game. The evolution path of the decision-making choices of both sides of the game. Finally, simulation experiments are conducted, and countermeasure suggestions are put forward.(4)Based on the above theoretical research results, combining technical governance theory and evolutionary game theory,we propose countermeasures for user-generated content security sharing governance based on blockchain technology at different levels, such as governance concept, governance process, realization path,real-time supervision, and stabilization strategy of security sharing participants. The research results show that(1)the technical characteristics and governance mechanism of blockchain technology can enhance the security of user-generated content sharing in virtual communities. The model features of encrypted storage, symmetric searchability, node authorization, and information autonomy of user-generated content based on hash encryption algorithm, secret sharing scheme, and other technologies help to enhance the sharing security of user-generated content.Secondly, the scope of influence of blockchain technology covers the whole life cycle of user-generated content, thus realizing the comprehensive protection of user-generated content sharing security.(2)The automatic execution, full traceability and non-tampering nature of blockchain technology and smart contracts have a significant inhibiting effect on the opportunistic behavior of virtual community enterprises, and blockchain and smart contract technology can partially take on the government’s governance responsibilities and reduce the government’s governance burden, thus improving the governance efficiency of the opportunistic behavior of virtual community enterprises.Second, the simulation results show that the speculative gain factor affects the convergence direction of the game decision of user-generated content sharing participants, while the parameters of user-generated content sharing risk coefficient, the amount of information sharing, the sharing cost, reputation incentive, collateral deposit, environmental gains and losses, government rewards and punishments, and regulatory costs affect the convergence speed of the game decision.(3)The properties of blockchain technology and smart contracts, such as automatic execution, full traceability and nontampering, have a significant inhibitory effect on the opportunistic behavior of virtual community enterprises, and blockchain and smart contract technology can partially take on the government’s governance responsibilities and reduce the government’s governance burdens,so as to improve the governance efficiency of the opportunistic behavior of virtual community enterprises.Second, the simulation results show that the sharing benefit coefficient and environmental benefits are positively related to whether the participants’ game strategies can converge to the ideal game equilibrium state(active sharing,no speculation, and strict regulation).Sharing cost coefficients, speculative gains, regulatory costs and government incentives are negatively related to the convergence of sharing participants’ game decisions to the ideal stable equilibrium state.Whereas, initial probability, sharing benefit coefficient, collateral deposit, reputation incentive, speculation cost, environmental benefit and government penalty are positively related to the convergence speed of participant’s game strategy.Sharing costs, sharing risks, speculative gains, government incentives and regulatory costs are negatively related to the speed of convergence of the participants’ game strategies.
