To adapt to the new era of excellent physical education teachers,they should have the mission of cultivating talents for the country and strengthening education to revitalize China,climb the heights,lead the industry in sports skills,and have the ideal belief of cultivating physical education and wisdom innovation.Under the guidance of the strategy of strengthening education,China’s teachers have moved towards the road of high-quality development,but there are still some problems in the training of excellent physical education teachers,such as fuzzy concept and connotation,insufficient innovation of excellent training,and difficult to guarantee excellent quality.At present,the cultivation ability of excellent PE teachers does not meet the requirements and expectations of the country and society,which constitutes a new contradiction restricting the development of education modernization and must be solved with great efforts.To achieve the national strategic goal of creating "innovative talents",it is necessary to build an excellent physical education teacher training model with creativity as the core,give full play to the unique value of school physical education as a physical education person,and train all-round builders and successors for socialist education.In view of this,the core problems solved in this paper are: how to excavate the connotation of The Times endowed by Chinese modernization to excellent PE teachers,how to build excellent PE teacher training models and evaluation indicators that meet the needs of Chinese modernization,so as to further improve the quality of PE teacher training.With the help of developmental teaching theory,constructivism theory and adult learning theory,and the application of literature,grounded theory,Delphi method,investigation method,case analysis method,AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and mathematical statistics method,the following contents are studied with the relevant experts in college talent training and first-line physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools as the investigation objects:(1)The concept and connotation of excellent PE teachers;(2)The training status of excellent PE teachers;(3)The training mode and evaluation index of excellent PE teachers under the background of Chinese modernization;(4)Implementation strategy of excellent PE teacher training.Through the above research,the main conclusions are as follows.1.The modernization of Chinese style requires the modernization of education,and the realization of the modernization of education urgently requires excellent physical education teachers with the spirit of educators and full of innovative spirit and creative ability.There is a two-way interaction between Chinese modernization and the training of excellent physical education teachers,that is,promoting Chinese modernization can promote the modernization of Chinese education,education power,high quality development of school physical education,and then promote the modernization of teacher education,and "top-down" promote the development of excellent physical education teachers.Excellent physical education teachers can "bottom-up" to help the realization of Chinese-style modernization.The effect of mutual empowerment can be produced between the two.2.Through literature analysis and expert interviews,the concept of excellent physical education teachers is defined as teachers who have the mission of cultivating talents for the country and strengthening education to revive China,who have the sports skills to scale the heights and lead the industry,and who practice physical education and make smart innovation.Its connotation includes: to sports people,sincere service to the country,dedication to love,behavior of the world’s professional ethics;Solid physical education knowledge and professional foundation,excellent physical education teaching level and education ability;Outstanding physical education teaching and research ability,constantly explore and innovate the research quality of physical education model,education effect is obvious,widely recognized by the industry physical education performance.The above characteristics constitute the professional character of excellent PE teachers.3.Through the analysis of the three cases of "East China Normal University model","1+1+5 model" and "Chengdu Physical Education Institute model",it is found that the main problems in the current training of excellent PE teachers in China are as follows: pre-service and post-service training of PE teachers have not been connected;The culture standard is not uniform,which leads to wide generalization of culture.The vagueness of the subject of joint training leads to the mere formality of cooperation.The lack of supervision and evaluation criteria leads to the lag in the evaluation of culture effect.4.According to the principle of "taking students as the center,taking virtue and ability as the focus,and taking innovation and creation as the core",an excellent teacher training model of our country is constructed.Excellent physical education teacher training specification with creativity as the core characteristic;To construct the integrated curriculum system that highlights the transformation of physical education and the thought of physical education;Implement the process of exploring the physical education teaching mode,and build a teaching quality assurance system focusing on training quality;Implement the operating mechanism of "one platform,two carriages,three pillars".5.Following the principles of scientificity,consistency and development,the evaluation indexes of China’s excellent physical education teacher training mode are designed by using the rooted theory and AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,including 3 first-level indexes,8 second-level indexes and 24 third-level indexes.Through a questionnaire survey,an empirical test was carried out on the excellent PE teacher training model constructed by this research institute,and the results showed that the respondents’ recognition rate reached80.5%,indicating that most respondents recognized that the training model was in line with the training of excellent PE teachers.6.This paper puts forward the implementation strategy of our country’s excellent PE teacher training,namely: establish the teacher education concept of "serving students’ lifelong development";Create "innovation and creation" excellent PE teacher curriculum teaching;Expand the "learning-use-teaching-practice" integrated teaching field;Perfect the teaching material system of "stimulating creation" for PE teachers;Establish "achievement degree" oriented high-quality classroom teaching evaluation.The above strategies aim to narrow the gap between the ideal and the reality of our country’s excellent physical education teacher training.The innovation and contribution of this study are as follows: first,it further explores the connotation of excellent PE teachers under the background of Chinese modernization;Second,the excellent physical education teacher training mode and evaluation indexes that meet the needs of Chinese modernization are explored.The above efforts are conducive to improving the quality of physical education teacher training,boosting the professional development of physical education teachers,and exploring a future-oriented,in line with national conditions and with exemplary significance of high-quality Chinese physical education teacher training programs.
