education in colleges and universities shouldered the important responsibility of enlightening thoughts,edifying sentiments and warming hearts,and shouldered the mission of educating people with culture,educating people with culture and cultivating yuan with culture.Ecology refers to the relationship between living things and their environment,and the relationship between culture and ecology is multidimensional,such as content and mode,pattern and attribute.Cultural ecology is the transformation and development of cultural resources by cultural subjects,the innovative use of cultural carriers,and the optimization and construction of cultural environment.Cultural ecology focuses on the internal logic of culture,the formation and inheritance of values,and the interaction between culture and the external environment,helping us to better understand the formation and change of people’s ways of thinking and values,as well as the complex interaction between education,society and the natural environment.The cultural ecology of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a complex dynamic system formed inside and outside colleges and universities by multiple components of the interaction,interdependence,and common promotion.In this system,the components of the cultural ecology of ideological and political education in colleges and universities cooperate with each other and keep in close contact,which can create an all-round and multi-dimensional growth and development space for students.To construct the cultural ecology of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the necessary meaning of realizing the fundamental task of educating people by culture,educating people by virtue and cultivating people by virtue.Taking the cultural ecology of ideological and political education as the research theme,this paper makes a systematic exploration of the cultural ecology of ideological and political education in colleges and universities by referring to the discipline theories of cultural philosophy,cultural anthropology and Marxist anthropology.The cultural ecology of ideological and political education in colleges and universities takes the spiritual and cultural ecology as the core element,the material and cultural ecology as the foundation element,the institutional and cultural ecology as the guarantee element,and the behavioral and cultural ecology as the expression mode element,and gives full play to its functions of communication guidance,selection and coordination,inheritance and innovation,and cohesion.The four elements combine,connect and coordinate to form a regular dynamic process.On the basis of exploring the operation mode and internal mechanism of each element,this paper constructs the cultural power transmission mechanism,system dynamic balance mechanism and energy transfer and transformation mechanism of the cultural ecology of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Among them,the transmission mechanism of cultural power is generated in the exploration of educational practice,the challenge of multi-culture and the collision of values.The carrying of material culture ecology,the infiltration of spiritual culture,the standardization of institutional culture ecology,and the embodiment of behavioral culture are the operation modes of cultural power transmission mechanism.In the process of its operation,it plays the functions of internalizing cultural identity and guiding values,integrating cultural inheritance and innovation,and stimulating and cultivating innovative thinking.The system dynamic balance mechanism generates the docking of traditional and innovative strategies,ADAPTS to the needs of social dynamic development,and meets the increasing expectations of students.The operating mode of the system dynamic balance mechanism is resource allocation and material guarantee,value shaping and cultural guidance,system setting and behavior norms,continuous feedback and self-adjustment.The function of the system dynamic balance mechanism is to maintain internal stability,cope with external challenges,and promote innovation and development.The generation of energy transfer and transformation mechanism is based on the energy source provided by educational resources,the energy transfer
