Research On Sports Charity Ethical Legitimacy In China

Because our country sport social security system is far from perfect,sports charity can make up for the deficiencies of the sports social security system.Next,it can raise the standard of sports social security and improve the welfare of sports vulnerable groups and protect the sports rights of vulnerable groups.Besides,it can meet the people’s charity heart and promote social integration of the sports.Sports charity is inseparable from people’s compassion and benevolence,which is essentially ethical.Sports ethics is the soul of sports charity,so sports charity needs not only the construction and support of instrumental rationality,but also the inquiry and care of value rationality;It is not only necessary to analyze,criticize and inherit the traditional ethical resources,but also more important to think,demonstrate and surpass the modern ethical resources.Starting from the metaphysics of philosophy and ethics,this paper makes a rational reflection on the value of sports charity.The core problem is where the ethical basis of sports charity is.Therefore,through the analysis of conceptual history,logical analysis,cross-cultural comparison,interdisciplinary methods and case analysis method,this paper focuses on the ethical essence,ethical order,ethical relations,ethical legitimacy and other issues of sports charity,as well as the crisis of ethical legitimacy faced by sports charity and its solution.Main findings of this study include:First,sports charity is inseparable from people’s compassion and benevolence,which is essentially ethical.Through combing the different viewpoints of sports charity,it is found that "charity" is not only the deep theoretical basis existing in different viewpoints,but also the theoretical premise for effectively grasping the connotation of sports charity.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the origin and basic problems of charity theory.By comparing the history of the concept of charity between China and the west,it is considered that charity,from the original meaning,essentially belongs to an ethical behavior,has typical ethical motivation and concept,and then develops into the charity of the whole society;Moreover,the characteristics of traditional charity and modern charity are different,mainly in the scope of charity,charity subject and charity object.Therefore,as a part of charity,sports charity is also ethical in nature.Second,sports charity refers to the altruistic behavior of the public on a voluntary basis with sports as the carrier.Sports charity is an important element of charity.Therefore,grasping the ethical essence of charity is conducive to a deeper understanding of sports charity.Through the comparative analysis of the charity thought of western scholars and the charity view of domestic scholars,according to the definition formula of logic,species difference + genus,and through the comparative analysis of different genus concepts,it is proposed that the genus concept of charity is altruistic behavior.Through the comparison of different characteristics of charity,it is considered that the difference of charity is voluntary,social,good and public welfare.Finally,the concept of charity is defined as follows: charity is the altruistic behavior of the public on a voluntary basis.It is mainly characterized by goodness and public welfare,and acts on unspecified individuals on the condition of voluntariness.On this basis,by comparing the relationship between sports charity and charity,it is considered that charity is a concept of sports charity,and sports charity is a concept of charity.Only by clarifying the difference can we determine the concept of sports charity.Sports charity,educational charity and environmental charity are all part of charity.The difference is that sports charity is a kind of charity related to sports.Since charity is assistance or mutual assistance between civil society,the difference of sports charity should be positioned as "altruistic behavior between the social public related to sports".Therefore,the concept of sports charity is: the altruistic behavior of the public with sports as the carrier on a voluntary basis.According to different sports events,sports charity can be divided into football charity,basketball charity,tennis charity,etc.According to the different participants of sports charity,sports charity can be divided into athlete charity activities and sports organization charity activities.According to the different fields of sports charity,sports charity can be divided into social sports charity activities,competitive sports charity activities and school sports charity activities.The characteristics of sports charity are firstly shown as charity with sports as the carrier.Specifically,the main body of the activity is mainly sports organizations and sports people,the content of the activity is mainly sports activities,and the beneficiaries are mainly sports disadvantaged groups.Secondly,the characteristics of sports charity are shown in the value orientation of physically strong people.By participating in sports activities and cultivating the spirit and will of sports struggle,vulnerable groups can really become stronger from weak in spirit and will,and then get out of the plight of vulnerable groups.Especially in the context of the national strategy of healthy China and fitness for all,sports charity helps the disadvantaged groups to keep fit and healthy with its distinctive characteristics,which start with physical fitness,and then achieve spiritual fitness,and truly achieve the value orientation of physically strong people.Third,sports charity ethics belongs to the cross field of sports ethics and charity ethics,they have something in common,and in the process of modernization,the ethical relationship of sports charity presents the characteristics from individual virtue to social commonweal.On the one hand,sports charity ethics is affected by sports ethics,on the other hand,it is also affected by charity ethics.Sports ethics and charity ethics belong to ethics,so the change and development of ethical order is bound to affect sports ethics and charity ethics,and then affect sports charity ethics.Because sports and charity belong to the field of reality,they have their own unique sports order and charity order.As the intersection of the two,sports charity also has its own unique order.Sports charity ethics does not have the appearance of independent existence.It exists by providing rationality and legitimacy basis for sports charity practice.Modern sports charity is based on modern sports and modern charity,which benefits from the common development of modern sports and modern charity.The ethical relationship of modern sports charity is deeply embedded in the modern social structure.The relationship between sports ethics and public welfare is inseparable.The ethical relationship of modern sports charity is based on the modern ethical order citizen rights,which is significantly different from the traditional ethical order clan blood relationship.Compared with the small community virtue of the traditional demonstrated in two aspects:practical experience and reasonable value rationality.On the one hand,it needs to be generally approved by social groups,on the other hand,it needs to be reasonably proved by ideological rationality.In other words,on the one hand,people widely participate in and agree with sports charity activities,on the other hand,under what conditions people can ethically accept sports charity,or what is the ethical basis of sports charity.Firstly,the fact of the legitimacy of sports charity ethics is proved.Based on the essence of social charity,based on differences and negative differences,starting from vulnerable groups,by analyzing the categories,causes and protection of sports vulnerable groups,and then tracing the ethical legitimacy basis of sports charity,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the healthy development of sports charity,so as to promote the solution of social problems.Secondly,the value of the legitimacy of sports charity ethics is proved.Through the analysis of the ethical grounds behind the legitimacy of sports charity ethics,it is concluded that benevolence,justice,rights and freedom jointly provide a value basis for the development of sports charity.Fifthly,the proposal of the legitimacy crisis of sports charity ethics has its historical background and theoretical field.Especially since the reform and opening up,the transformation of market economy has led to drastic changes in the basic social structure and social daily life.Social and cultural values,including moral and ethical concepts,have also undergone deep changes.As an indispensable part of China’s reform,sports is also facing critical inheritance,transcendence and innovation.As the deep moral order of sports,Chinese sports ethics is bound to face the transformation of ethical order.In this context,as an important part of sports ethics,sports charity ethics is also experiencing the pain of economic transformation,social transformation and sports transformation.We need to reflect on its legitimacy basis.The ethical legitimacy crisis of sports charity is embodied in four aspects: the value vacancy of sports charity,the trust crisis of sports charity,the universal morality of sports charity and the imbalance of rights and obligations of sports charity.Sixth,the ethical legitimacy construction path of contemporary Chinese sports charity needs to be carried out under the triple background of Chinese social transformation,charity transformation and sports transformation.The spirit behind sports charity culture is public spirit and social responsibility.Therefore,the construction of ethical legitimacy of contemporary Chinese sports charity is of course inseparable from public spirit and social responsibility.At the same time,it also lays a solid value foundation for the transformation of Chinese society,charity and sports.The construction of the legitimacy of sports charity ethics is embodied in four aspects: the construction of sports charity value,the reconstruction of sports charity trust,the shaping of sports charity public ethics and the transformation of sports charity modernity.
