Study On The Game Dilemma And Coordination Mechanism Of Chinese Professional Basketball Players’ Transfer Core Stakeholders

"CBA 2.0" plan rolled out,China professional basketball league in business development,resource allocation,brand building constantly iterative upgrade,one of the core measures is the innovation of the professional basketball player transfer registration system,contract system,salary system,such as configuration,vigorously promoted the development of China’s professional basketball transfer market.However,with the deepening of market-oriented reform,information asymmetry,short-term behavior and trust crisis appear in the transfer market of Chinese professional basketball players,which seriously restrict the high-quality development of professional basketball league.How to coordinate and balance the interests of all parties not only affects the sustainable development of Chinese professional basketball players’ transfer market,but also relates to the high-quality development level of professional basketball in China.In view of this,this study in Chinese professional basketball players transfer core stakeholders game relationship and coordination mechanism as the research object,the integrated use of literature,field research and interviews,social network analysis,evolutionary game analysis,root theory and case analysis method,based on the stakeholder theory,the evolutionary game theory and actor network theory as the theoretical basis,according to find the problem,the present situation,problem analysis,theoretical construction,empirical analysis,the logic of implementation strategy of research,the main research content and conclusion is as follows:First,the evolution of the game relationship of professional basketball players in China has gone through the initial stage(1995-2004),the imitation exploration stage(2004-2014)and the reform stage(2014 to now),respectively showing the characteristics of government leading,numerous shackles;adjustment and regulation,power transfer;overall design and comprehensive development.The development status of transfer stakeholders of professional basketball players in China is as follows:the policy and institutional environment tends to be rational and standardized,the organizational system is increasingly perfect,the interest demands are increasingly diversified,the multi-layer principal-agent relationship,the interest structure is increasingly differentiated,and the forms of participation are becoming increasingly diversified.Based on this,this paper further summarizes the typical cases of transfer imbalance of stakeholders in China,and proposes the functions of the coordination mechanism of core stakeholders of professional basketball players in China: to identify multiple interest demands,enable stakeholders to obtain interests;correct behavior deviation,prevent and eliminate conflicts with stakeholders;build a trust platform to encourage and guarantee the substantive participation of stakeholders.Second,using the social network analysis method(SNA)to build the main stakeholders of adjacent matrix,deconstructing the professional basketball players transfer stakeholders influence relationship structure,and Mitchell scoring method to classify stakeholders,comprehensive determine our professional basketball players transfer core stakeholders subject include: the Chinese basketball association,CBA company,local sports bureau,professional basketball clubs,professional basketball players,brokers.The interest demands of these stakeholders include the pursuit of political achievements,public services,economic benefits,individual development,etc.,and there are also conflicts between multiple interest demands and behavior logic.In transfer,there is a game of "regularity" of transfer regulator,market subject and athletes;"ownership and allocation" of human capital property right in transfer market;and "transactional" game between transfer supply subject and demand subject.Based on this,it is found that the coordination dilemma of transfer stakeholders includes:extensive transfer policies and regulations,the deviation between macro design and micro execution;weak community consciousness,the contradiction between diversified demand and unbalanced supply;poor expression of interest demands,isolated island among subjects;insufficient participation of subjects,individual development and collective norms;lack of integrity transaction,trust crisis;imperfect reward and punishment mechanism,and path dependence of subject game relationship.Thirdly,the core stakeholders of Chinese professional basketball players are divided into transfer regulator,transfer service provider,supply side and transfer demand side,and the choice of evolutionary game strategy is analyzed from these three dimensions.The transfer regulator,namely Chinese Basketball Association and local sports bureau,are the transfer service provider,CBA companies and the professional basketball clubs are transfer service providers,and the transfer demanders,professional basketball players and basketball agents are transfer demanders and beneficiaries.The three core stakeholders have the strategy selection of "intervention / no intervention","support / no support" and "default / default",forming a total of 8 strategy selection combinations.In the game,the three parties are limited rationality,which are limited by their own cognition.Their strategy choice is a dynamic adjustment process,and at the same time affects and affects the strategy choice of the other two parties.It is found that the transfer management party chooses the strategy of "intervention" transfer is a strong guarantee to realize the stable balance of the three parties.The choice of the "intervention" strategy by the transfer management side has a significant impact on whether the transfer service provider chooses the "support" strategy,but not significantly on whether the transfer demand side chooses the "keep the agreement" strategy.When the transfer management party chooses the "intervention" strategy,it urges the transfer service provider to choose the "support" strategy,and increases the reward for the transfer buyer to choose the "keep the agreement" strategy,and finally form an equilibrium state.The transfer demand side is the practice side of the transfer activity of the whole professional basketball players,but it is relatively lacking and is in a weak position in the three-way game.Whether he chooses the "keeping the contract" strategy may only affect the evolution trend to a certain extent,and cannot change the final evolution result.Fourthly,explore the structure of the coordination mechanism of the core stakeholders of the transfer of professional basketball players,and construct the theoretical model of the coordination mechanism of interests.Based on the evolutionary game results of Chinese professional basketball players transfer core stakeholders,the theoretical model of coordination mechanism of Chinese professional basketball players transfer core stakeholders is constructed by means of open coding,spindle coding and selective coding using the method of programmed rooted theory.The coordination mechanism of the core stakeholders in the transfer of Chinese professional basketball players consists of six parts: system environment basis,coordination motivation mechanism,interest appeal expression mechanism,subject interaction mechanism,disagreement consultation mechanism,and reward and punishment mechanism of coordination result evaluation.Among them,"system environment basis" is the basis and platform for the coordinated and interactive operation of the core stakeholders of the transfer of professional basketball players,including the policy orientation of the transfer system and the level of multi-party support,which continuously influences the operation of the whole mechanism,and at the same time is affected by the operation of the coordination mechanism of the transfer of professional basketball players."Coordination motivation mechanism" is the motivation for core stakeholders to participate in the interest coordination of professional basketball players transfer,which reveals how the interest subjects actively participate in the coordination practice and activate the interaction between the subjects."Subject interaction mechanism" is the interaction and negotiation behavior among interest subjects around the public interest appeal,market interest appeal and individual interest appeal of transfer,which determines the coordination result of multiple core stakeholders of the transfer of professional basketball players.The "dissent consultation mechanism" is the dispute and consultation among the core stakeholders on the key issues to be solved by the transfer committee during the operation of the coordination mechanism,and it is an important crossing point for the formation,development and stability of the coordination mechanism."Result evaluation reward and punishment mechanism" is a comprehensive evaluation of the coordination effect of the core stakeholders of the transfer of professional basketball players,and the application of the evaluation results makes it react to the coordination of the core stakeholders of professional basketball players transfer "system environment foundation".In this way,the six categories in the theoretical model are interrelated with each other,forming an organic closed-loop interactive system from opening to ending.Each element and category can promote and influence each other,and jointly act on the whole process of "coordination mechanism".Fifth,the transfer cases of Wang Zhelin and Gao Shiyan were selected as typical cases for analysis,field research and interviews were conducted with relevant managers and participants,and the theoretical model of coordination mechanism of the transfer of professional basketball players was verified.In the case verification,the key elements in the transfer case are structured according to the theoretical model structure,and the rationality of the theoretical model is verified through the description of the key variables in the case.The case verification results show that the theoretical model of professional basketball players constructed by this institute is basically consistent with the practice,indicating that the theoretical model has high external validity.The case shows that it is difficult to find a complete coordination process with the theoretical model in the coordination practice of Chinese professional basketball players ’transfer core stakeholders,so the theoretical model of the coordination mechanism of Chinese professional basketball players’ transfer core stakeholders is an idealized theoretical model.Based on the above studies,Determine the coordination mechanism of the stakeholder game in the transfer of professional basketball players,The
