Research On The Cultivation Mechanism Of College And University Students’ Struggle Spirit In The New Era

Great cause comes from the dedication and hard work,so that,we must comprehensively strengthen the cultivation of college and university students’ struggle spirit in the new era so as to foster a new generation of young people capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation.As a spiritual phenomenon,struggle spirit’s cultivation mechanism runs through the generation logic,value cultivation and practice orientation.Therefore,the study on the cultivation mechanism of college and university students’ struggle spirit is not only an important theoretical issue,but also an urgent practical issue.Focusing on the construction of the cultivation mechanism in the new era,this paper systematically demonstrates the cultivation mechanism of the students’ struggle spirit and put forward the individual realization path of it from the perspective of the subjective consciousness,and by following the mechanism’s occurrence function,integrating the chain of elements such as the mechanism’s subject,function,structure,based on the theory of ideology and empirical analysis,and starting from the cultivation subject of the country,society,family,school,etc.Directing at all elements,the paper mainly conducts profound research from the following five aspects.The first part is basic concept combing that mainly expounds the basic connotation,theoretical basis and main characteristics of the struggle spirit and cultivation mechanism of it.This part respectively clarifies the logical path and development approach on the cultivation of students’ struggle spirit in the new era from three levels including historical evolution of students’ struggle spirit,ideological resources and the connotation,structure and function of the cultivation mechanism.Any kind of thought and spiritual cultivation cannot be separated from certain social and historical conditions as well as not be separated from cultural nourishment,theoretical guidance and spiritual inheritance.In this part,it advocates that the elucidation of Chinese excellent traditional culture on the struggle spirit,the exposition of Marxist classical writers on it,and the inheritance and innovation of it by the all-generation leaders of the China’s Communist Party are the main sources of cultural and ideological theories for the cultivation mechanism of students’ struggle spirit in the new era.It is pointed out that the cultivation mechanism of students’ struggle spirit in the new era.In addition,this part put forward that cultivation mechanism is a complex organic system and a comprehensive function university students present under the current cultivation mechanism including the difference between collective effort and personal needs,the alienation between social judgment and self-identity,the disconnection between goal desire and behavioral will,the difference between high expectation and low efficient action,and the coexistence of conscious worry and negative self-evaluation.On top of that,from the national,social,family,school and individual levels,this part deeply analyzes the influencing factors of the current cultivation mechanism,specifically,the effectiveness of cultivation mechanism is seriously affected by elements such as the imperfection of a fair competition environment,the differentiation of multiple social values,the change of the cognitive model in the Internet era,the negative reactions expected in the future,the differences between parental guidance and expectations in family education,the separation of knowledge and value,theory and practice in the school cultivation mechanism and inadequacy of endogenous motivation in students’ individual struggle.The third part is about the construction thought of cultivation mechanism.Following the formation and era.Concretely,reasonable mechanism construction can maximize the effect of spiritual cultivation and optimize the coordination and integration of the relationship between subjective consciousness and
