Research On Cultivating The Struggle Spirit Of College Students In The New Era

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,tarting from the overall development of the Party and the country,Xi Jinping has put forward a series of important discussions on the growth and success of young college students,constantly inspiring young people to take on the baton of history,persevere in hard work,and write a brilliant life worthy of the times on the path of youth.On the new journey of achieving the second centenary goal,young college students have an unshirkable responsibility.The standard of "willing to strive" as a good young person in the new era has once again been reiterated.Nowadays,under the conditions of improving material living conditions,the spirit of hard work and struggle is indispensable.In recent years,a large number of brave and fearless young students have emerged in the silent battlefield of fighting against the COVID-19 or in the competition of scientific and technological innovation,which is the true embodiment of the struggle spirit of contemporary college students.However,at the same time,the personal spiritual world of college students also faces many challenges and temptations,which inevitably leads to the cultivation of the spirit of struggle among young college students.Under the high development of multicultural exchange and market economy,social trends such as "consumerism","hedonism","exquisite self-interest","dilapidation",and"lying flat" are constantly emerging,which can easily have a negative impact on the ideological concepts of college students.As a result,the system of students’ spirit of struggle has been dissolved to varying degrees,and the cultivation of spirit of struggle is also facing the dilemma of low effectiveness.In view of this,based on the main channel of ideological and political education,cultivating young people who are worthy of the task of national rejuvenation and strong country construction has become a hot topic in the field of contemporary ideological and political education,which contains rich theoretical and practical significance.Based on the above situation and combined with a series of related research achievements in the current academic community,this article has determined the theme of"Research on Strategies for Cultivating the Struggle Spirit of College Students in the New Era".Taking contemporary college students as the research sample and the cultivation of the spirit of struggle as the research object,this study conducted a thorough understanding of the current situation of cultivating the spirit of struggle among college students in the new era through a survey questionnaire,focusing on exploring the problems existing in the cultivation of the spirit of struggle among college students.Based on this,attribution analysis was conducted,with the aim of making beneficial explorations for promoting the continuous improvement of the cultivation of the spirit of struggle among college students.This article consists of an introduction and four main chapters.The introduction section mainly analyzes the research background and significance of the topic,analyzes and explains the current research status,relevant ideas and methods.The first chapter provides an overview of the basic issues of cultivating the spirit of struggle among college students.Firstly,the concepts related to the spirit of struggle,the spirit of college students’ struggle,and the cultivation of college students’ struggle spirit were explained at different levels.Secondly,the core issues in the process of cultivating the spirit of struggle among college students were explored.Finally,the value implications of cultivating the spirit of struggle among college students were clarified from four dimensions:individuals,universities,society,and the country.The second chapter explores the ideological origin of cultivation from three aspects:relevant Marxist theories,traditional culture,and relevant statements of the CPC people.It fully demonstrates that under the background of sudden changes in the world situation and rapid changes in domestic development,the cultivation of the spirit of struggle is a theme that college students must choose under the background of historical development,era responsibility,and development prospects,and it is also one of the important life propositions for young people in the new era.The third chapter conducted a survey and research on the cultivation of college students’ spirit of struggle.Firstly,a survey was conducted to understand the struggle spirit and its cultivation status of college students,analyze and summarize their good performance in the struggle spirit status and the actual results achieved in the current cultivation work,and summarize the main problems that exist in the cultivation process.Secondly,attribution analysis is conducted on the current problems from the perspectives of individual students,theoretical education,practical training,and educational environment.Chapter 4 explores the path of cultivating college students’ spirit of struggle,guided by target elements and following three main principles,from four aspects:shaping the subject,theoretical foundation,practical training,and environmental education.It covers multiple joint mechanisms such as theoretical teaching,teacher literacy,labor practice,family environment,and online public opinion,in order to propose more comprehensive strategies for cultivating college students’ spirit of struggle,Continuously enhancing college students’ability to strive,enhancing their resilience,and strengthening their character in struggle.
