Research On The Spirit Of Common Struggle And Its Cultivation Of Contemporary University Students

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed,"The new era is an era for the great development and achievements of the Chinese nation and compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Straits.The road ahead may not be smooth,but as long as we work together for a common cause,we will surely create a better future for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation." This shows that joint efforts are the driving force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the key to the Chinese nation’s "strength" in the face of profound changes unseen in a century.The report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also made it clear: "When the younger generation is ambitious,capable and responsible,a country will have a future and a nation will have hope...The Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will eventually become a reality through the strenuous efforts of generations of young people." Contemporary college students a new era as a national culture and is the main force to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation the Chinese dream,should correct understanding of "ego" and "I",the relationship between the personal struggle closely associated with the development of the country,combining personal fate and national fate,one must do it the fighting spirit as the guide,common way,open up new possibilities,Break new ground.Therefore,it is an important task at present and in the future to cultivate college students’ spirit of common struggle.However,from the reality,some college students still show some problems,such as "common struggle goal is biased,common struggle practice is relatively lacking,common struggle ability is relatively insufficient".Therefore,it is important and urgent to cultivate the spirit of common struggle of college students.Based on this,in this paper,the integrated use of literature research,survey method,interview method and other methods,fully discusses the basis to cultivate college students’ common fighting spirit,a thorough investigation into the current status of common struggle spirit of college students,this paper studies the college students’ common disadvantages the cause of the fighting spirit,makes every effort for current work together to strengthen college students’ mental education put forward effective countermeasures.Theoretically,this study is helpful to clarify the cultivation system of college students’ spirit of common struggle and to refine the content of college students’ ideological and political education.In practice,this study can not only provide appropriate reference for university students to carry out the education of joint struggle,but also help college students to set up the correct value of struggle,and cause the family,school and society to pay attention to the education of joint struggle.The research content mainly focuses on the following four aspects: First,discusses the background and significance of the topic,and reviews the research status at home and abroad,and determines the research ideas and methods on this basis.Second,through the definition of the spirit of struggle,common spirit and other related concepts,further explore the basis of the cultivation of college students’ common spirit of struggle.Thirdly,through questionnaire survey,interview and field investigation,the current situation of college students’ common struggle spirit is investigated from the dimensions of sharing hardships,working with one heart and one mind,working in the same direction and resonating with the same frequency.Put forward and demonstrates the biased "common goals,common struggle practice paratively insufficient relatively lack,together" is the current college students in the main performance of the lack of fighting spirit together,and then from the bad social ideological trend,the influence of the virtual network environment,and the common struggle spirit education is weak and so on three aspects analyzes the current college students the main reasons of the lack of common struggle spirit.Fourthly,it focuses on the main countermeasures of cultivating contemporary college students’ spirit of common struggle.First,encourage college students to work together;Second,to guide college students to ask the way of common struggle;Third,enlighten the university of vivid common struggle;Fourth,to educate college students to work together.
