| College students in the new era are growing up in the historical process of rapid development,steady progress and great achievements in China’s reform and opening up.With the development and change of economic society,the connotation of college students’ healthy personality is also undergoing profound changes.It not only presents the same personality characteristics as previous college students,but also presents new personality characteristics such as coexistence of self-dwarfism and manufacturing self-identity,group identity and network stratification.Xi Jinping has put forward specific requirements for the growth of college students for many times,which contains rich "Youth Healthy Personality View".Cultivating the healthy personality of college students in the new era is an inevitable requirement to promote the comprehensive development of college students and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In order to comprehensively and systematically carry out research on cultivating healthy personality for college students in the new era.The research puts the issue of cultivating healthy personality for college students in the context of the new era,and constructs the"ecosystem model of cultivating college students’ healthy personality in the new era".Firstly,the connotation and characteristics of cultivating a healthy personality among college students in the new era were analyzed.The research suggests that healthy personality of college students in the new era refers to a harmonious and stable state that is recognized by the new era,characterized by good self-awareness,positive progress,and internal and external independence and unity,formed by college students in the practical process of consciously striving to grow into a new generation worthy of the task of national rejuvenation.At the same time,the constituent elements and internal generation process of healthy personality for college students in the new era were clarified,and the guidance,feasibility,subjectivity,and internal generative nature of cultivating healthy personality for college students in the new era were analyzed.Secondly,the research has sorted out relevant theories on the cultivation of healthy personality,especially from the perspective of psychological theories that reveal the"internal generation process of cognition,emotion,and action" in cultivating a healthy personality at the individual level.Based on this,the study reexamined the cultivation of healthy personality among college students in the new era from the perspective of internal generation process.Through empirical investigation,it is find that the overall state of cultivating healthy personality among college students in the new era is good.Significant achievements have been made in guiding the direction of personality cultivation,enriching the personality cultivation system,providing an external environment for personality cultivation,and building a self-education platform,which has improved the effectiveness of cultivating a healthy personality among college students.Further analysis reveals that these issues are related to factors such as incomplete theoretical research and practical models for the cultivation of healthy personality in universities,insufficient multi-level guidance of college students’ subjectivity function,inadequate management mechanisms for personality cultivation in universities,different types and levels of college students’ psychological problems,and insufficient self-regulation ability of college students.In response to the existing problems and their causes,the study first explored the model of cultivating a healthy personality for college students in the new era from a theoretical perspective,which includes six principles,four contents,three methods,and three stages.It should adhere to the six basic principles of combining ideological education with psychological education,combining theory with practical education,combining tradition with modernity,combining explicit and implicit education,combining personality development with comprehensive development,and combining reality with transcendence.It should adhere to the education of ideal and belief,education of objective and comprehensive self-cognition,education of positive cognitive style and attitude,and education of internal and external unified responsibility.At the same time,the three basic methods of cognitive change,emotional cultivation,and behavioral training should be used,to promote the phased formation of the cognitive structure,emotional value,and behavioral habits of healthy personality among college students in the new era.Secondly,from the perspective of ideological and political education,the study proposes practical strategies for cultivating the healthy personality of college students in the new era,including a "academy system" model for cultivating the healthy personality of college students in the new era,motivation system for stimulating the subjective function of college students’ participation in the cultivation of healthy personality,establishing a "three comprehensive education" management mechanism for cultivating the healthy personality of college students in the new era,and establishing a psychological health education system for cultivating healthy personality of college students in the new era,playing self-regulation role of college students in cultivating healthy personality.In particular,the construction of a healthy personality cultivation system for college students in the new era of the "academy system" provides a platform for college students to cultivate a healthy personality,integrates personality education resources to the greatest extent,helps stimulate college students’ emotional identification,promotes the formation of good moral character and action consciousness,and helps college students become a promising new person of the era as soon as possible. |
