Cultivation Of College Students’ Healthy Personality From The Perspective Of Moral Education

University is the key period for students to develop their personality.Having a healthy personality is not only related to the growth of college students themselves,but also related to the great cause of national rejuvenation.General Secretary Xi Jinping has made an important speech around Li Tak Shuren,explaining and emphasizing the core requirements and significance of Lide Shuren’s educational concept.He clearly defined Li De Shu as the fundamental task and central link of personality cultivation in Colleges and universities,and made clear the direction and goal for the training of talents in higher education in China.In this context,the cultivation of College Students’ healthy personality needs to shift from the narrow perspective of psychological education to the perspective of moral education.By using the methods of literature research,theoretical analysis and systematic research,this paper explores the logical relationship between the vision of cultivating morality and healthy personality cultivation of college students,discusses the optimization and improvement of the cultivation system of healthy personality of college students,and explores the effective path to improve the effect and quality of the cultivation of healthy personality of college students.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background and research significance of College Students’ healthy personality cultivation from the perspective of moral education,combs the research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research methods and innovations of this paper.The second part summarizes the basic theory of cultivating students’ healthy personality,discusses the theoretical source and basic connotation of cultivating students’ healthy personality,the basic connotation of personality and healthy personality,the basic connotation of cultivating students’ healthy personality,expounds the main characteristics of College Students’ healthy personality,and analyzes the internal relationship between cultivating students’ healthy personality and cultivating students’ healthy personality.The third part is the effect and problem analysis of College Students’ healthy personality cultivation.It analyzes the effect of College Students’ healthy personality cultivation and analyzes the problem of College Students’ healthy personality cultivation according to the effect of College Students’ healthy personality cultivation.The fourth part is the principle,goal and content of College Students’ healthy personality cultivation from the perspective of moral education.The principle of College Students’ healthy personality cultivation from the perspective of moral education adheres to the principle of people-oriented,the unity of theory and practice,the unity of individuality and socialization.From the perspective of moral education,the goal of Cultivating College Students’ healthy personality is to cultivate people with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,to take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation,and to adapt to the psychological development of society.This paper discusses the goal of Cultivating College Students’ healthy personality from three aspects of individual,country and society.The content of healthy personality cultivation of college students from the perspective of moral education is to cultivate the ideal political personality,healthy moral personality and healthy psychological personality of contemporary college students,so as to promote the comprehensive and healthy development of College Students’ personality.The fifth part is the strategy of Cultivating College Students’ healthy personality from the perspective of moral education,from the perspective of cultivation concept,cultivation mechanism and specific practice.We should make clear the idea of Cultivating College Students’ healthy personality for the purpose of establishing morality and cultivating people,adhere to the education idea of taking students as the foundation,setting up moral education as the first,and carrying out the education idea of focusing on three aspects.We should build a comprehensive and systematic cultivation mechanism of College Students’ healthy personality,improve the system,enhance human resources and optimize the education environment.We should promote the practice of enriching and multi-dimensional cultivation of College Students’ healthy personality,deepen the organic penetration of classroom teaching content,emphasize the positive advantage guidance of network carrier,and increase the proportion of social practice education system.
