With the popularization and development of Internet technology,the world has entered the era of Internet digital economy.Different from the era of agriculture and industry,a new economic structure characterized by the Internet is gradually taking shape.The in-depth penetration and all-round encirclement of the Internet are shaping and promoting the formation of a new social life form,especially having a far-reaching impact on the labor market.Great changes have taken place in working methods,working forms and employment methods.Compared with the research on the impact of the Internet on products and money markets,the research on the impact of the labor market is still in the initial stage.The existing research results mainly analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the Internet to the labor market and the construction and improvement of the labor market under the condition of the Internet from a macro perspective.However,there are few research results using the theoretical model of labor economy from the micro perspective.In view of this,with the help of relevant theories of labor economics,questionnaire design and random sampling,this paper studies the employment behavior of college students and the influencing factors of job search under the internet background,in order to explore the new characteristics and laws of college students using the Internet platform from another perspective.The main contents include: 1 Under the background of Internet,the influencing factors of Chinese college students using platform for job search;2.Deduce the theoretical model of College Students’ job search and introduce the situation of College Students’ job search using the Internet platform to verify the theoretical model;3.Construct the driving factor model of College Students’ job search.The empirical findings of this paper are as follows: 1 With the application of Internet technology,although the information matching degree between college students and employers has improved,there is still a certain distance and gap for the real realization of efficient "person job matching".It is mainly reflected in the serious division of labor market information of college students on the platform,unrealistic salary return expectations of college students,discrimination of famous schools,etc.,which affect the smooth realization of employment of college students.2.The Internet has a great impact on College Students’ job search and employment decision-making.First,the use of the Internet has significantly reduced the job search cost of college students;Second,the use of the Internet has significantly improved the work search efficiency of college students.Sending resumes 11-30 times is the most economical behavior in job hunting,and the search time is the shortest;Third,the use of the Internet has a significant positive impact on the job search matching degree,and significantly improves the job search matching efficiency of college students.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1.The segmentation of labor market information is the main obstacle to the current job search of college students;2.The more human capital investment is accumulated,the easier it is to realize the expected return on investment;3.Internet information channels have a significant impact on the decline of College Students’ work search cost;4.The use of the Internet has a significant impact on improving the work search efficiency of college students;5.The number of resumes delivered through the Internet has a significant impact on the improvement of job search efficiency;6.Salary and development are still the main preferences of College Students’ job selection standards;7.Job search efficiency,job search opportunities,salary level and job search cost are the main driving factors driving college students to use the Internet platform for job search.Based on the above literature research and empirical research,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions: 1.Provide legal guarantee for complete labor market information;2.Explore new labor relations based on Internet technology;3.Continuously broaden the theoretical vision of labor systems and regulations;4.Actively guide college students to establish correct salary return expectations;5.Strengthen career education and guide college students to establish a correct concept of career development;6.Build a multi-party employment service system for college students;7.Create a benign and interactive service network platform for college students’ employment system.
