Abstract/Summary:
Innovation is the first driving force to lead development.Improving the path and method of training innovative talents and accelerating the training of scientific and technological innovative talents are fundamental to implementing the national innovation-driven development strategy and promoting the transformation of innovation into the increment of national development.Among them,universities are the important intersection of the first productive force of science and technology and the first resource of talents,and bear the fundamental mission of establishing moral education.Compared with the traditional first-class teaching,the second classroom provides more flexible,diversified and comprehensive activities that aim to improve students’ overall quality and future-oriented abilities.However,there is a lack of systematic research on the role of the second classroom in the cultivation of innovative talents in science and technology.This study follows the logic of "problem formulation-qualitative research-quantitative research-countermeasure suggestion".Firstly,the current situation of the second classroom construction,the key concepts of the second classroom and the cultivation of scientific and innovative talents are defined,and the problems and practical needs encountered in the development process of both are analyzed.Secondly,the influence factors of the second classroom on the cultivation of scientific and innovative talents were systematically studied by using the rooting theory,and a theoretical model was constructed.Again,the research scale was developed and designed,and the empirical analysis was carried out through a large sample questionnaire,and the descriptive statistical analysis and inter-group differentiation analysis were conducted on the influencing factors of scientific and technological innovative talents and university second classroom on them,and the correlation between the influencing factors was analyzed by using structural equation model.Then,based on game theory,we analyzed the mechanism of the second classroom’s effect on the cultivation of innovative talents in science and technology in university,and used simulation methods to verify the effect path.Finally,on the basis of all the above studies,relevant policy recommendations are proposed.The main research contents and innovative work are summarized as follows.First,the relationship and influencing factors between the second classroom of university and the cultivation of scientific and technological innovative talents were systematically studied,and five main categories of scientific and technological talents cultivation including innovative spirit,innovative thinking,innovative personality,innovative ability and knowledge structure were obtained,and finally,innovative spirit,innovative thinking and innovative personality were categorized as the implicit factors of the second classroom’s action mechanism on the cultivation of scientific and technological innovative talents,and Innovative ability and knowledge structure are classified as explicit factors.This part of the study provides the foundation and premise for the subsequent research.Secondly,we analyzed the role of each influencing factor in the cultivation of innovative talents in science and technology in the second classroom.After the questionnaire survey,the empirical test using SPSS and structural model proves that the second classroom has a significant positive influence on innovation spirit,innovative thinking,innovative personality,innovative ability and knowledge structure,and innovation spirit,entrepreneurial thinking,innovative personality,innovative ability and knowledge structure also reflect a positive promoting effect on the cultivation of scientific and technological innovative talents.Third,the mechanism of the role of the second classroom on the cultivation of scientific and technological innovative talents is revealed based on game theory.This part dynamically analyzes the participation strategy choice and evolutionary equilibrium between university administrators-students and students-students in the second classroom on the cultivation of scientific and technological innovative talents by means of evolutionary game theory modeling,and the results find that the motivation of different subjects to participate in the second classroom changes under different conditions of benefits and costs,and the evolutionary The game boxplot converges at(0,0)and(1,1)points respectively under different conditions,i.e.,the evolutionary stabilization strategies of different subjects have the same drive.Fourth,according to the previous research,the simulation verification and scenario simulation of the big game model were conducted by constructing a multi-subject simulation model and using netlogo software to determine the evolutionary equilibrium of the subject’s strategy choice under different scenarios,which further clarifies the role path of the second classroom on the cultivation of scientific and technological innovative talents.Fifthly,based on theoretical and empirical studies,the thesis gives policy suggestions to further develop the role of the second classroom for the cultivation of scientific and technological innovative talents.The thesis has 69 figures,73 tables,and 135 references.
