Research On The Countermeasures To Improve The Innovative Quality Of College Students From The Perspective Of Xi Jinping’s Innovative Talents

Since the 18th National Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has based on the reality of Chinese talent work,put forward many new concepts and new methods for the introduction,use and cultivation of innovative talents,and promoted the work of Chinese talents to a new level-the rapid expansion of the team of innovative talents,the number of talent training ranks in the forefront of the world,and the role of innovative talents in various industries in promoting economic and social development has become more and more significant.In this context,it is particularly important to cultivate and improve the innovation quality of college students.Xi Jinping’s concept of innovative talents is the inheritance and development of Marxist talent thinking,and is the latest theoretical achievement of the scientific guide and Chineseized Marxist concept of talent on the basis of drawing on the practical experience of the party and state leaders in talent work and combining with the actual situation of talent Chinese work.The main contents of Xi Jinping’s concept of innovative talents cover the values of innovative talents,the concept of selecting innovative talents,the concept of using innovative talents,and the concept of innovative talent cultivation,reflecting its strong epochality,distinct people’s nature,open world and firm party spirit.The new era adheres to the guidance of Xi Jinping’s concept of innovative talents and focuses on improving the innovation quality of college students,which is of great practical significance for promoting China to win the initiative in international competition,promoting China to build a world innovative country,helping colleges and universities to achieve the training goals of college students,and helping universities to become new talents in the "three haves" era.As an important new force in building an important talent center and innovation highland in the world,college students shoulder an unshirkable historical mission.Through the questionnaire survey,the current college students to improve the quality of innovation are still facing the problems of insufficient innovation start-up funds in some universities,insufficient innovation atmosphere,lack of spare time and professional guidance,lack of innovation practical experience,and weak innovation initiative.An in-depth analysis of these problems shows that the factors restricting the improvement of college students’ innovation quality mainly include: insufficient social innovation and entrepreneurship policy support,imperfect innovation quality training mechanism for college students,lack of correct guidance for college students’ innovative thinking,lack of encouragement for college students’ innovation enthusiasm,and so on.Based on these problems,it provides policy analysis from policy,environment,colleges and universities,and individual work of college students to solve the problem of improving the innovation quality of college students in the new era: increase innovation policy support,provide a strong guarantee for the development of college students,reform the training methods of colleges and universities,provide inexhaustible motivation for university talents,strengthen the optimization of the ecological environment,create a good atmosphere for college students,stimulate college students’ initiative,and provide endogenous motivation for university students.
