As China enters the era of information technology in the 21 st century,colleges and universities are regarded as the main places for training talents.However,the talents cultivated by universities cannot meet the requirements of the country.The cultivation of innovative talents has received widespread attention,but their training methods often being criticized.Colleges and universities often use the first classroom as the main way to cultivate talents.Although they can provide professional knowledge for talents,the talents cultivated in this way often lack management capabilities,communication skills,creativities and sense of responsibilities.What's more,the first-class model of personnel training will easily solidify the content of talent cultivation,leading to the result of “thousands of schools nurturing same type of people”.Therefore,in addition to focusing on the imparting of professional knowledge,colleges and universities should respect the "personality" of students in the way of cultivating innovative talents.Only by fully respecting the "personality" of people can we explore more possibilities for students.The outside classroom teaching,as a complement to the recent innovative talent cultivation methods in colleges and universities,has the rationality of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and respecting their “personality”.The outside classroom teaching in colleges and universities is also more flexible in positioning training objectives and training specifications,exploring multiple ways and ways to activate students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning,and comprehensively improving the overall quality of students.In addition,the second classroom in universities can broaden the ways to cultivate innovative talents;increase flexibility in the cultivation of innovative talents and improve the quality of innovative talents.Therefore,colleges and universities can not ignore the function of cultivating innovative talents in the outside classroom teaching in the process of cultivating innovative talents.How to guarantee the effectiveness of the outside classroom teaching in cultivating innovative talents is also worthy of consideration and research.This article first sorts out and summarizes the experiences and concepts related to the cultivation of innovative talents in the outside classroom teaching of universities at home and abroad,and reviews the history and research of innovative talents in the outside classroom teaching in China,as well as the outside classroom teaching and innovative talents.The concept of personnel training is defined.Afterwards,I have sorted out the research ideas and put forward the research questions: How to improve the effectiveness of the cultivation of innovative talents in the outside classroom teaching in universities? In the early stage of carrying out research and development,I have designed questionnaires for the students of “Xinyi” class to fill in,so as to understand the basic background of the research object;and then carried out relevant analysis with the participation of “Xinyi”students in the outside classroom teaching.Subsequently,through the qualitative research method based on phenomenological theory,the author conducted in-depth interviews and observations with students of the “Xinyi Practice Class” with the outside classroom teaching as the carrier in the College of Finance and Taxation and Public Administration of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.The phenomenon of growth is presented in the form of an intuitive case,and the views of the students recorded in the interview are listed and analyzed.In the analysis process,the student's attitude and performance in the second class participation are the starting point,and from the three levels of the second class activity content,activity concept,and management system,the university is developing the cultivation of innovative talents with the second class as the carrier.Problems that may be encountered in the process.Finally,the author summarizes the experiences and problems of second-class innovative talent training organized by the College of Finance,Taxation,and Public Administration of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics,and provides relevant suggestions on how to optimize the effective management of “second class” training of innovative talents in universities.
