| At present,the academic researches of China’s colleges and universities are being productive with fruitful academic achievements,which have provided fundamental guarantee and intellectual support in promoting the high-level and high-quality development of colleges and universities,enhancing China’s academic self-confidence,cultural self-confidence and national self-confidence,as well as accelerating China’s economic transformation and development.There is no doubt that education is still the main way to cultivate talents;colleges and universities are still the main front for talent development.Whether in the Agricultural Age,the Steam Age,the information age,or the Intelligent Age with the theme of innovation,cooperation,exchange and sharing,the quality of talent development has always been one of the decisive factor constraining on China’s economic development.The academic activities of teachers in colleges and universities are the basis for producing knowledge,transmitting knowledge and innovating knowledge,an important approach to explore knowledge and pursue truth,and the main way for colleges and universities to realize the three major functions:teaching,scientific research and social services.The academic evaluation of college teachers is a value judgment on the academic activities of college teachers,an important part of the academic management of colleges and universities,a baton of the academic activities of college teachers,as well as the basis of restricting the orientation of academic value.The academic evaluation of college teachers guides the direction of college teachers’academic activities and plays a leading role in the development of colleges and universities.It not only determines the evaluation of teachers’ titles,job appointments and the allocation of academic resources,but also has a profound impact on the quality,academic order,academic norms and academic ethics of academic research of college teachers.In essence,the academic evaluation of college teachers is of great significance to our society,colleges and universities together with students’development.Although the academic evaluation subjects of China’s colleges and universities are becoming more and more diversified,the evaluation indicators are also diversified,and academic evaluation has produced a certain role in promoting the academic development,the academic evaluation of teachers is still affected by political factors,economic factors,social factors,cultural factors,and "academic relations","geographical relations" and "kinships" factors,resulting in a series of problems.Specifically,the evaluation criteria are separated between "quantity" and "quality";the evaluation subject state is partial to administration;the evaluation process ignores the subjectivity of the teacher,teachers are situated between "reporting and delivering",in a state of passively following the instructions;and the evaluation elements tend to be alienated,all of which profoundly affect the objectivity,fairness,science and rationality of the academic evaluation system of teachers in colleges and universities.Based on scientific evaluation guidance and high quality academic development of the education system,this study explores the practice orientation of breakthrough of "Merely Five Standards" with the "systematic" mindset;sets up university and college teachers’ academic evaluation system with the integrity and systematics,uses the system to plumb into the internal college academic evaluation,inspects the current problems existing in the academic evaluation and analyzes the reasons for the problem with the expectation of optimization and innovation of the academic evaluation system of college teachers.This article consists of three parts.The first part serves as an introduction,mainly introducing the reasons and significance of the topic selection,research review,concept definition,research ideas,research methods and innovations of this study.The second part is the Main body,divided into six chapters.Chapter One is the summary of the academic evaluation system of teachers in China’s colleges and universities from three aspects:factor characteristics,value concepts and basic premises.Firstly,it answers the characteristics of the constituent elements of the academic evaluation system of university teachers and the logical relationships between these elements.Secondly,it interprets the value of the academic evaluation system of college teachers;Finally,it states the basic premise that the construction of the academic evaluation system for teachers in colleges and universities should stick to.The second chapter expounds the development context and existence basis of the academic evaluation system of college teachers.Through the combination and analysis of the existing literature,this part obtains the overall development context of the academic evaluation system of teachers in China’s colleges and universities,analyzes the process of its development,and seeks the theoretical support,that is,explores and studies the logic of academic evaluation development from the initial budding phase of academic evaluation to the current state,and interprets the basis for the existence of the academic evaluation system of college teachers from a philosophical perspective,aiming to clarify the inevitability and reality of the existence of the academic evaluation system of college teachers.Chapter Three is a review of the academic evaluation system of other countries.This part analyzes the academic evaluation system for college teachers in USA,Germany and UK and re-examines and reflects the existing problems of Chinese academic evaluation with the reference of American,German and English teachers’ academic evaluation system.The Fourth Chapter Constructs the academic evaluation system of university teachers.Firstly,it designs the academic Evaluation Index System of university teachers based on the literature analysis,and uses the Delphi method to verify the index system,then,the operational framework of academic evaluation of university teachers is set up on the basis of the index system,and the academic evaluation system of university teachers is set up according to the index system and the operational framework.Chapter Five is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of academic evaluation of university teachers,designing a questionnaire by the use of the academic evaluation system of university teachers,and distributing it to five colleges and universities in Shandong Province,so as to derive the problems existing in the current academic evaluation of college teachers and conduct attribution analysis.Chapter Six is about the optimization and innovation of the academic evaluation system of university teachers.Based on the above investigation and theoretical analysis,this part tries to put forward the innovation strategy of the academic evaluation system of university teachers from the two dimensions of reform focus and innovation path,and predicts the future trend of academic evaluation combined with the reform of educational evaluation in the intelligent era.That is,with the all-round development of people,the new educational contract and the digital revolution of the hyperconnected Internet,in today’s super development of technology,the insurmountable difficulties and problems in academic evaluation can be improved and solved through technical means,and new academic evaluation paths are actively explored,such as the academic information collection based on big data,academic achievement management cloud platform,academic achievement originality alert,etc.Under the empowerment of technology,academic evaluation will show a more diversified development trend and form a new development pattern.The third part is the conclusion.This part concludes that with the enhancing the academic logic of the academic evaluation system of teachers in China’s colleges and universities,it is also necessary to deal with the relationship with society,politics,economy and culture.In modern society,colleges and universities are no longer the "ivory tower" of social marginalization,and their relationship with social,political,economic and other fields is getting closer and closer,and they have gradually become social organizations moving towards the center,but this does not mean that the historical logic of society,politics and economy can infringe on or replace the unique logic of the academic category of colleges and universities.Therefore,academic needs to maintain relative boundaries with social,economic and political fields,only by clarifying their respective fields can we avoid academics being subject to politics and economics,can we make scholarship play a role in its own logical fields,and can we make all fields promote and complement each other and achieve their common development.This part aims to summarize the general idea of the thesis and the viewpoint of the thesis. |
