China's higher education teachers as an important constituent elements, the level of situation directly determine the Chinese college hair exhibition and the talent training, and then to the social and economic development of an impact. University teachers'performance appraisal is its management is one of the important tasks of work, on the university system reform, optimize the allocation of resources and improve the management level have an important role in promoting. So, scientific and reasonable performance evaluation to arouse teachers'enthusiasm and creativity, promoting the healthy development business is of important theoretical and practical significance. Thus this paper China university teachers'performance evaluation.The paper is divided into six parts. The first part of this paper expounds the background and significance and the domestic and foreign research are reviewed, and the main contents and innovative points are introduced in this paper. The second part of college and university teachers of the performance evaluation of theoretical basis and the main research method is analyzed, for follow-up research provides a theoretical support. The third part of the first, to the domestic and foreign university teachers'performance evaluation analysis of the current situation, mainly to the teacher performance evaluation index system of the problems are analyzed, and the next, and the domestic and foreign universities of the performance evaluation of experience in China are given of the performance evaluation of enlightenment.
