Under the background of knowledge economy,massive and high-speed iteration of social knowledge is greatly involved in commercial production.It adds more and greater value to products and services.For enterprises,users’ cognitive knowledge in consumer behavior and cognitive expression and communication in business promotion are very important.When knowledge industry becomes the core of leading economic growth,the business value highlighted by "user cognition",which can control the lifeblood of enterprise development,is gradually realized by enterprise managers and designers.With the booming development of social networking sites,social applications and social media,community,a new type of social organization,has become a hot new channel and platform for business interaction.Community members trust,agree and work together.They carry out emotional communication and organizing activities through interest circles and relationship contexts,thus forming powerful creativity and communication effects.The development of community has completely changed the mode of communication and interaction between consumers and enterprises,deeply subverting business and consumer behavior.Manufacturers can achieve a good connection between brands and users through community organizations,so as to quickly export value and gain income.The rapid development of knowledge economy and community ecology has accelerated the evolution of design thinking from industrial design to knowledge design,and thus opened the paradigm transformation of generalized design.The commercialization characteristics of knowledge society begin to transition from the traditional "Separation of production and marketing" to the form of "Pro-sumer model",which determines that the audience of knowledge design also changes from traditional consumers and customers to participatory and collaborative community users.The development of knowledge design has witnessed the inevitable way for enterprises to advance from "quality management" to "innovation management",which has brought new inspiration for the transformation of design management thinking of enterprises under the community ecology,and provided important reference value for the theoretical study of design paradigm(method)in the new era.The Knowledge design method based on community user cognitive management proposed in this paper,on the one hand,helps to bridge and narrow the knowledge fault and cognitive gap between enterprises and consumers,designers and users,and on the other hand,helps to reduce the cognitive workload of users in the knowledge interaction,so as to improve the satisfaction of user experience.The main innovation achievements of this paper are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of the research on the general situation and development trend of community development,the author analyzes the typical characteristics of community ecology,trying to have an insight into the overall situation of community from four dimensions: the core value of community ecology,the basic principles of establishment,the influence factors of commercial expansion and the evolution of business model.Secondly,compared with ordinary users,this paper starts from the classification and attribute characteristics of community users and analyzes the formation and characteristics of community users’ cognition through the analysis of the diversity of cognitive form and the particularity of cognitive structure.This paper points out the profound influence of the change of communication mode and the evolution of communication media on the consumption decision.Thirdly,based on the necessity of user cognitive management and specific positioning in domain of design,this paper establishes the UCM theoretical framework from the perspective of design science(category).By comparing with customer relationship management(CRM)and knowledge management(KM),this paper summarizes the essence and connotation of user cognitive management(UCM),and puts forward the map of Community User Cognitive Managem ent in the context of community pattern.Fourthly,on the basis of the origin and definition of knowledge design,the methodology and general process of knowledge design are clearly analyzed.Through relevant theoretical research and analysis of successful cases of knowledge design,the author constructs the prototype of "Knowledge design method based on community user cognitive management" by referring to model of attitudes.This paper summarizes five kinds of ability requirements for designers in the era of knowledge design,and points out that visualization of knowledge will become one of the most important skills that designers must master in the future.
